This unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 8. With 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.
This unit boasts three levels of gulf front decks, an upgraded kitchen, and internet access.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Beautiful views

Location and access to the beach was absolutely amazing! Everything we needed on rainy days was available. I love that the condo was not in a congested area and restaurants were within walking distance.

Our stay was great! Really nice and cozy place right on the beach, in the perfect spot. The beach access right there on the main strip is really key, especially with young kids. I would definitely book this place again. The only thing that I didnā€™t like, was the carpet near the back door was not vacuumed/clean and there were random longggg dark hairs on lots of our stuff.. (blankets, towels, floors, counters, toilet- we are all blonde).

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation! It is right on a private beach, which made all the difference. It is so much easier staying directly on the beach for food, restroom, breaks, naps, and hauling all of your stuff. The beach in front of the townhouses is private, and that made a huge difference with the crowds. You do have to set up your own chairs or rent chairs and put them out early to reserve your spot on the beach each day. Most of our neighbors rented chairs and umbrellas for their entire stay. This helped them have their spot every day. I just brought my own chairs and set them up early in the morning. The house is beautifully decorated and very nice. The beds in the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. However, the couch pull our beds were not comfortable. Our extra guests had to sleep on the couches. I would recommend bringing a blow up bed for extra guests. The kitchen had basic dishes for cooking, a coffee pot, and a Keurig machine. I cooked almost all of our meals during the stay and had everything I needed. Overall this was the perfect stay for our family! I would definitely come back. The views from the house were beautiful. The three porches gave you lots of outdoor space, and the location to the beach was the best!!

Great location.

great location, comfy beds. sleeper sofas only came with sheets. took several DAYS to get a blanket. Excuses were lame but blankets came on final night. The front bedroom can hear all the traffic, people outside, workers from next door, etc. so not a restful sleep in that room. floor had some busted tile, but overall satisfied. parking for two spaces but others were parking in one of our spots daily.

I have been to the beach all my life and this place truly spoiled me! To have access to a private beach and be so close to the house to go back in forth and not haul all your stuff to the beach is SO WORTH IT! This house is amazing. Chris, the owner, was phenomenal! He was so good to work with and made communication smooth.

Fantastic Property

Chris was so easy to communicate with and the property is absolutely wonderful. Directly on the water and you can hear the waves crashing from right outside the door. Two balconies and a huge downstairs outdoor area as well. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Family Beach Vaca

This property was the best location/setup for our family vacation. We spent almost all of our time on the beach and having the house within steps was optimal. The decks made for the perfect nights to hangout and have a nice dinner. Chris was a great host and always available for questions/help!

Excellent on the Beach Property

My family and I have stayed at this property before. Just like last time, we had a wonderful time. The townhouse is well maintained and has excellent and easy beach access to the accompanying private beach. The views are spectacular and the property provides everything that we need. We always enjoy hanging out on the spacious deck after a long day in the sun. We look forward to our next trip back to Green Reef #4!!

Great home & beautiful views! We lived on the beach! It was perfect for our family to just relax & enjoy the ocean. Chris made sure we got in & that everything was right. When we needed something, he was quick to answer questions and get what we needed.

Very tidy & spacious with amazing views

The property was just as described. Chris, the owner, did a fine job of assuring we arrived and had no issues and he will promptly return your text/call. The 3 decks all have a great view but get very hot, be sure to take the advise..wear flip flops!! If you get out there early, you may see the dolphins or manatee swim by as we did. The decks have plenty of seating to accommodate you. You are only steps away from your private beach area which is great! Just be sure to set up chairs and umbrellas early in the morning to prevent others from crowding your beach area. The house is very clean, which is the first thing I look for! Kitchen was well equipped with cookware and dishes as were the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wash clothes. I do recommend bringing your own laundry supplies, paper plates & cups, dishwashing pods, shampoo, soap, extra paper towels, and plenty of sunblock! Be careful, time to leave slips up on you before you know it! We had a wonderful experience and plan to return!!

Amazing vacation!!

This is our second time staying here and it has yet to disappoint! Everything about this house is spectacular. There was even a security guard on the beach so the private beach wouldnā€™t get crowded with people who arenā€™t aloud to be there!! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent property. We will likely stay here next year as well. It is on a private beach, so you have much more space than other nearby beaches. Great location near restaurants and anything else needed. The owner was very accommodating and great to deal with.
