Unfortunately there was an IT hiccup that mixed up the apartment check in instructions with another listing of mine. The check in instructions were immediately resolved. I spoke to my cleaner about leaving the clean dishes in the dish washer which is resolved for future guest! Although having the proof of the clean sheets prior to check in, when Debra contacted me at 10pm that night about the sheets, I did try to get my cleaner there that night which we were unable to due due to it being late, I have extra sheets now for guest assess for any future issues with the bedding. I sent new sheets the next day first thing the next morning along with reimbursing her for new sheets she bought which she took with her… I also offered a refund after the first night which she refused. We strive for a 5 star experience and attempted many resolutions to give the guest just that and make their trip wonderful. We will continue to do that in the future. Thank you.
