Welcome to The Orange Blossom, a centrally located Scottsdale vacation rental with a private pool, spacious backyard, four bedrooms, eight beds, and room for up to 12 registered guests.

Located approximately five minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, the home offers convenient access to Scottsdale restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf courses, spring training, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale Stadium, Salt River Fields, Talking Stick, and other popular attractions.

Spend the day exploring Scottsdale, relax beside the private pool, prepare dinner on the BBQ, or gather around the 10-person dining table. Optional pool heating is available for $40 per night with at least 48 hours’ notice.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, tea kettle, Keurig, traditional drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday cooking essentials.

Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

The dining area features a large table with seating for 10, along with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

Please note: There is no water line connected to the freezer, so the ice maker does not operate and ice is not provided. Ice can be purchased at the nearby gas station on Granite Reef Road.

LIVING ROOM

Relax on the oversized sectional and enjoy the 75-inch 4K television with complimentary Netflix and Disney+. Board games and card games are also provided.

Guests who need to work during their Scottsdale stay will have access to a dedicated workspace and fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi.

PRIVATE POOL AND BACKYARD

The private backyard is designed for enjoying Scottsdale’s sunny weather. Swim, relax beside the pool, grill on the BBQ, or dine beneath the covered patio.

Pool information:

• Private diving pool
• Approximately 4 feet deep in the shallow section and 10 feet deep in the deep section
• Pool towels provided
• Optional heating for $40 per night
• At least 48 hours’ advance notice is required for pool heating
• During winter, the maximum heating temperature is approximately 88°F

For safety and to prevent damage, guests may not adjust the heater, pump, vacuum, skimmer, or other pool equipment.

Both bathrooms include:

The private primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

PARKING AND LAUNDRY

The property includes a two-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate two additional vehicles. Limited street parking is also available.

A maximum of five vehicles may be parked at the property. Vehicles may not block any driveway.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided.

PETS

Pets are welcome when included in the reservation. A $75 pet cleaning fee applies.

INFANT AMENITIES

A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available. Please request them before arrival so we can have them ready for your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Self check-in is provided through a personalized door code. Guests may also use the August mobile app to unlock the home.

Standard checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in may be available:

• 1:00 p.m. early check-in: $100
• 8:00 a.m. early check-in: $200

Late checkout depends on availability and the cleaning schedule. Please request early arrival or late departure as far in advance as possible.

Checkout is easy: simply start the dishwasher before leaving. That’s it—we’ll take care of the rest.

SECURITY AND NOISE DISCLOSURE

The property has two exterior security cameras:

• One camera overlooking the driveway, garage, and front yard
• One doorbell camera overlooking the front entrance

There are no security cameras inside the home or in the backyard.

The property also has noise-level monitors in an interior common area and on the covered patio. These devices measure sound levels but do not record conversations or audio.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guests are responsible for following Scottsdale’s noise regulations. Any municipal fines resulting from a guest violation—including potential fines of $2,500—will be charged to the responsible guest.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless additional visitors receive advance approval. Total occupancy may never exceed 12 people.

VENDORS

Private chefs, decorators, photographers, hair and makeup artists, massage therapists, yoga instructors, and similar service providers may be permitted with advance approval.

DJs, adult entertainers, bounce houses, and unapproved vendors are not permitted. Contact us before booking any outside service provider.
