Loved this room, resort, and host !

We had the best time , I think this was our favorite vacation yet!!! I would definitely come back next year. Communication was great room was well stocked with everything we needed and an amazing location. We could walk to resturaunts,bars,gift shops, and so much more. View from the balcony was just amazing! If you’re thinking about booking, do it you won’t regret it !!!

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at the Majestic. Our condo was great, had all new furniture. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Nice condo for a good price

Overall the condo was clean except for the couch which had a foul odor. We just covered it with an extra bedspread in order to sit on the couch. Check in process was not very clear in regards to obtaining a luggage cart. However the unit has a small rolling cart in master closet that can be used to transport luggage. We never had an issue with parking in the garage. The listing is accurate but a few things are not mentioned in the listing. The kitchen is stocked well and has a Keurig. I asked the owner specific questions about items available in the condo and was not given accurate information. There are 2 doors to get into the condo. The inner door would not latch correctly and we had to push really hard to get the door to securely latch. The owner was notified and said maintenance would be there to repair and they never showed. The owner did not reach out to us anymore during our stay to see if the door was repaired. We just made sure that when the door closed it securely latched before going out. The location and neighborhood is in a great area but the beaches are very crowded. We had a great time and enjoyed the beach but the crowd was a little more than what we like.

Great Property and Room

Property was great with multiple pools and hot tubs. The room was as pictured and described and had everything we could have needed. The parking garage was a plus and not as much of a walk as some reviews state. It was just across the street with a covered walkway to the building for when it rains. Check-in was so easy - didn't even have to talk to anyone. The room owner sent all the info over email. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

Very clean and nice condo. Great location for access within the Majestic property. Owner was very quick to respond when I had any questions. Nice place for to stay with my family, and I would book the exact same location/condo next time.

Hello Im Lisa. I've moved to Nashville from Atlanta in 2000. I've owned a tax consulting, preparation and representation firm since 1991. I downsized and moved into a condo in downtown Nashville one mile from my office about 1 1/2 years ago. My son says "Mom if I were you I would put your properties on Airbnb". So here I am. I have 2 sons and 2 grand-babies that live close by. I work a lot so I'm not home as much as I would like to be so downtown is convenient. After my son introduced me to airbnb and vrbo, I realized a lot of my neighbors and tax clients were precipitating in the program as well. It has been a great experience. It allows me to escape to mountains and Cordell Hull lake in Carthage and be on vacation in my own townhome in Hendersonville on Old Hickory Lake as well. I have hosted some amazing people and formed great friendships that will last a lifetime. Airbnb has been a blessing to me. It is the best thing since sliced bread!
My motto is Seize the Day!! or die regretting what you missed.
