We had a few issues when we checked in. The property had been vacant for a while. Issues we had would not have affected a weekly renter (loud dryer vent, broken lent filter in dryer etc) We were there for 5 weeks, overall it is a nice condo exactly as pictured. The bed is very firm. Quality mattress just firm

Very beautiful place to stay, it wasnā€™t very clean and the dryer lint part was broken, wasnā€™t very many pots and pans and no extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc.. but other than that it was a wonderful experience for my family and I. Amazing pools & hot tubs! Starbucks & gift shop was my favorite & I had a big jacuzzi in the bathroom of the room I stayed in. Absolutely awesome place with a beautiful balcony view.

Great unit and location!

Condo was clean, more than ample parking, and the location/facility was great! It was very convenient to everything and despite some work being done around the property, we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation spot!

This condo was centrally located to Walmart and a bunch of great restaurants. The condo was clean, great view and fast elevators! We never had to wait long to go up or down which is a plus! Would definitely stay at the Majestic again!

Wonderful home away from home.

This is our 4th time staying at Majestic condos. We love the location. This was a perfect condo for my little family, me, hubby, and 4 kids. One of our kids is in a wheelchair and we can easily take him around the condo and down the ramp to the beach. We loved the furniture on the balcony. We will be back. Thanks!

The fridge leaked all inside the patio had broken furniture laid to the side making it hard to sit outside on patio. The sofa bed was missing all the springs except 4 unable to sleep on. The rugs were stained and dirty and wall fixtures on floor and master tub shot out black stufffixtures in floor ttub whturned jets on shot out black trash

Family vacation

We enjoyed our visit. We had a problem with the room. The sofa sleeper was broken when we arrived. We could not sit on the couch or sleep on the pullout. We contacted the property manager immediately on Saturday. Maintenance guy came Sunday to take a picture. He told they would order the part and be back to fix it. Wednesday, we contacted the manager again. She told us she would get with Maintenance and get back to us. We never heard from her and couch went unfixed our entire stay. I hope it is fixed before the next family arrives.

Family vacation

I have stayed at Majestic the past 5 years of vacation so check in/out is always no problem. However, I had to reach out to the owner to have the floors cleaned once we had checked in. Even after sending someone to re-clean them they were still making my children's feet/socks black. Also, I would recommend they update and fix the doors and some cabinets. The main bedroom door was hard to close and the spare bedroom door had to be slammed to even close.

Room 1507

The room was clean. Check in was easy. Had to pay for parking. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Tv was small and had only 1 channel. Not a smart tv so was stuck with 60s programming all week on 1 channel only. Called property manager 3 seperate times and just got the run around. If you stay here take everything you need down to toilet paper and salt and pepper. The only really nice thing about this room was the view.

Choose Wisely!

We recently stayed here in June 2025 and wanted to share some important feedback about our experience:Elevator wait times were excessively long.The couch frame was broken, and you couldn't sit on it without hitting the floor and rubbing the front of the couch.Not enough sitting for 4 in living roomMold in the sliding door tracks and hard to open and close.The beds were significantly uncomfortableā€”new mattresses and pillows are needed.Only a sheet in master bedroom, no comforter.Bedroom doors barely shut, the hinges were falling off secondary bedroom.There was hair in the bathroom on arrival, indicating it wasnā€™t properly cleaned.While I appreciate some of the positive aspects of the home as being located directly on the beach, these issues seriously affected the comfort and enjoyment of our stay especially with a 2-year-old child. Guests deserve a space that is clean, functional, and comfortableā€”especially when advertised as such and for the amount of money.

Needs updates

This place was in a great location. However, the place needs updating. I could be petty and name every little detail, but i am not going to do that. Also, BEWARE ...the bed was not comfortable at all! Looks like the owner hasn't been in this place since 1990. Just having a property manager rent it out, is not the answer. I have to believe they are doing the bare minimum collecting their check. They need to get a check list together and get this place up to parr. It could be beautiful, but it's a dump. I'm also a property manager and I would be embarrassed to put my name on this place. Get with the owner and have him fix it. For as much money as this was, it should be top notch. We had friends stay in a different condo in this building. They paid less money than we did and everything was brand new. This was a joke.
