#5: Private Patio, Walk to Wilton Drive

An easy and pleasant walk (0.7 miles) to all of the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Wilton Drive. Note that there is no kitchen -- just a microwave and a mini-fridge. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

Cooking: there is no kitchen, there is a microwave and a mini-fridge.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property. Stream 4K movies or do video calls.

Laundry: you'll have access to the laundry room, shared by all 5 units. They are coin operated.

Parking: assigned parking for one car in front of the building. You can park a second car two blocks away, if needed.

Babies: every unit has a Pack n Play Crib

Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Grill: Unit has a private grill, you are welcome to clean it to your satisfaction and then to use it. Most guests just heat it up to 400-500 degrees, brush it off a bit, and find that satisfactory. If the gas runs out, let us know, and we will fill it the next morning (Sundays excepted).

I live in Europe, so it's strictly through email. You will get the key in a lockbox.

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services.

Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
