Welcome to Casa Bella, 4.5 miles from Bethany's boardwalk!

Relax while the kids are in their upstairs domain (with bunk beds, futon, private bath, large TV, free Netflix & Disney+) or playing ping pong, foosball and outdoor games. The adults will enjoy a warm and inviting space, fully stocked kitchen, a deck and patio to eat al fresco with barbecue, a yard to play with the kids or relax in the sun. Since it's your vacation, all linens are provided and the beds made for your arrival!

Millville by the Sea is an award-winning community filled w/ amenities: 3 pools (in season - the main one with splash zone), 2 gyms, 2 playgrounds, pickle ball, bocce courts, fire pit, bike/walking trails (all the way to the club - feel free to use our bikes), lakes with catch & release fishing, as well as a beautiful clubhouse with pool table, large TV, games and a pub (bring your bottle for fun happy hours!), and a seasonal beach shuttle (Thursday-Monday).

During summer months, the $175 registration fee provides 10 passes (for everyone 6 and older) to access the amenities. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, golf courses are all close by. Time to enjoy a relaxing & fun vacation!

Mandatory Association paperwork to be signed/submitted no later than 7 days prior check in. There is a $75 fee per lost fob / pool pass.

You can park 3 cars (or max of 4 - very tight squeeze). For safety reasons, the upstairs bunk beds are only designed for children/teens. Thanks.

Great Spot for Family

Great spot to stay with family. Its was my parents 50th anniversary and Bethany Beach and Casa Bella was a good choice. Plenty of room for a family of 8

Great house close to the beach!

We loved staying at this home! Very clean and comfortable, everything described and more. There was so much to do and see in the area, we wish we had more time to stay here! We can’t wait to come back. Host is super nice and helpful.

Wonderful stay in Bethany Beach

The house was wonderful. Beautifully maintained. We loved that the linens were provided and beds were made!! The location was perfect- only a 10-15 minute drive from the beach. The pools were fun too

Awesome house for our family!

We were very happy with the house for our family of 9 & the accommodations by the owner were great! Short drive or walk to the pools, and close to multiple beaches. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. great time!

Absolutely lovely

Stay was great and everything needed for a great time was provided. Communication and follow up was unbelievable and if there where any needs they where answered promptly. I would recommend a stay for family's or a couple if you want to have no worries and just enjoy yourselfs

Wonderful place to stay!!

The owner is so kind, thoughtful and excellent at communicating! All the basic necessities were provided which was SO helpful. The upstairs bedroom was just perfect for the kids!! Aside from the beach, the main pool in the community was an absolute blast for the kids and adults! We had a fantastic vacation staying here and hope to stay here again in the future.

Such a fun vacation at Millville by the Sea

This property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Delaware. The host was wonderful to communicate with. The community pools, pickleball courts, and clubhouse pool table were enjoyed by all. The proximity to Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and Ocean City was perfect. Loved everything about it!

BEST PLACE

The owners are very welcoming and nice, they respond really fast if you any questions or problems. The property has many amenities and very easy to access. The house was beautiful my family loved it! The kids had always something to do. The neighborhood is very family friendly. I would 100% recommend this place and will come back!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The home was just as listed. Very clean and well equipped. The owners thought of everything!!! The ping pong table was a big hit with the grandkids! They also loved the upstairs kids' room!!! A great time was had by all!

Wonderful

We had a great time. The kids really liked their private area upstairs. The older kids enjoyed the bikes and paved path. The younger kids loved the pool and lily pads. Bethany beach is such a family friendly beach we come back year after year. The added bonus of linens provided and a washer dryer on site makes a huge difference with littles. We truly enjoyed our time and are thankful for Caroline sharing her home with us.

Seamless Relaxation at this Vacation Haven

My family of six (4 adults + 2 children) enjoyed our 4-night stay at this fully-equipped home. Located within an amenity-laden community that includes playgrounds, pools, trails, and fitness facilities, this home included everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Simply pack your bags and go! The friendly, responsive hosts created a welcoming home for guests to enjoy and established simple guest protocols that allow for seamless checkin and checkout. We're so grateful to these hosts for curating a pleasant vacation experience and would gladly return again and again!

Wonderful home in a beautiful beach comminity

The house was exactly as pictured and included a lot of extra amenities. We enjoyed clean linens, bath towels, and beach towels. They also provided basic personal care products and paper products. The garage space was fantastic for hanging out not just for the kids but the adults as well. The kids bunk area was a game changer for our crew since we were traveling with 4 young children. They all loved the space and enjoyed the TV. The house was very clean and ready upon our arrival. The community was beautiful, we enjoyed the many community pools, walking trail, and pond. We have been staying in this area for years and this has been my favorite houze thus far. Caroline was great to work with and kept communication open before, during, and after our stay. We hope to stay at this beautoful property again.

Blissful!!!

Initial communication with the owner was seamless. Before I even booked, I peppered her with questions and she patiently and graciously answered each one - late at night no less!! The house was perfect for me and my daughter and three of her friends, (4-16yos). The shuttle experience was a bit uncertain, but the drive to Bethany was easy and pretty quick, so we drove most of the time. We were able to watch all of our streaming shows on all the TVs. The rooms were so comfortable and pretty. The girls never got bored because there were board games to play, and the garage had ping pong and foosball! We didn't get to enjoy the club house because there was so much to do at the house and in town. I am thinking this could be our home in Bethany because it was everything you needed and wanted in one place, and the owner was amazing!! Just book it and let your worries wash away.

Perfect Down to Every Detail

Casa Bella … beautiful home … and that’s exactly what it was. Down to every detail! The owner(s) was lovely and easy to work with. It felt as if we were renting from a good friend. There was a lovely little surprise waiting to welcome us, and we appreciated that very much. The kitchen is fully and beautifully stocked, with just the right things and just the right amount. This house has three full bathrooms, an added bonus when traveling with family. The house is comfortable and cozy. The living room even has a remote to turn on the electric fireplace and three candles on the coffee table. Instant ambiance! The house is nice and cool all throughout. The beds are very comfortable. What a gift to have them all made up for us. No sheets to bring! There were little notes left in each room to welcome those who slept there. The Futon in the den is firm (the owner told us that before we went), so if you are using that as a bedroom (we did), just know it is firm. We enjoyed using the deck, and our grandsons loved playing games in the garage. The pools are fabulous! The beach is a short 15 minute drive. Grotto Pizza is a must, and ice cream at Maureen’s leaves you wanting more. Down to every detail, the house is charming (beautifully decorated) and very organized . It is a wonderful place to make memories with your family. We hope to return!

Being at the beach has always been our dream! We discovered this area through friends and fell in love! It's more peaceful than the popular local beaches, and more family oriented. And there is so much to do... we enjoy biking around or walking on the beach, going to the pools or the beach depending on the mood, sailing or canoeing on either one of the bays, hosting friends, eating at the local restaurants and of course, outlet shopping!

I love being a host!!! Whether it's hosting my family/friends or my rental guests, it brings me so much joy to see them leave happy, having created new memories with their loved ones. So I strive to offer the best experience possible by providing all the comforts from home so you only need to bring your personal items and start relaxing!

Millville by the Sea is like a resort. The lifestyle pool is amazing and our village pool very relaxing. There is also a lap pool close by. You can bike to all the pools, pickleball courts, and clubhouse, as well as enjoy miles of nature paths and lakes. The summer beach shuttle is most convenient to avoid looking for parking. The clubhouse is gorgeous, filled with games, and we love the pub (bring your own bottle for fun happy hours!). It's also close to supermarkets and stores and the golf course of Bear Trap is just around the corner. And our neighbors are great!

Netflix & Disney+ are our treat! Our kids' domain has games, ping pong and foosball tables, 7 bikes to go to the pools, and more. Your membership transfer gives you access to this award winning club and a beach shuttle. Your amenity passes (2 fobs + 10 wristbands) will be waiting for you in the house so you can use them immediately.
