Water, Water everywhere in North Bethany Beach!

Water, water everywhere!! This adorable 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is located in a private, gated community (The Point at Indian River). The cottage offers expansive views of the Indian River Bay, spectacular sunsets, and a short walk to the Delaware Seashore State Park (6/10ths of a mile). The park comes with a guarded beach, concessions, bathrooms, The Big Beach Chill restaurant offering ocean views, and games and activities for all ages.

The Cottage is a short drive to all of the area attractions including: Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD beaches, outlet shopping, brewery tours, golf, boating, jet skiing, fishing, amazing food and restaurants, and so much more. Wake up to tons of wildlife (turtles, rabbits, geese, blue herring and if you get lucky, some occasional visits from the Dolphins swimming by in the Bay.

When you arrive you will find plenty of parking on the cemented parking pad. The cottage comes with a front patio that overlooks South Shore Marina and the Bay. There is a porch off the rear of the house where you will find a grill and picnic table. A few bikes and some beach chairs are provided and can be found in a side shed.

Inside sleeps up to 9 persons with 3 queen rooms and 1 twin over full bunkbed. All rooms come with a t.v. and internet except for the kid room. There is a base charge for linens of $250.00. If you only need linens for less rooms, just reach out to me and I will refund for the rooms not used. In one room there is a small desk area just in case you have business attend to. The kitchen is well equipped for meals and the living room has a wall of sliders for beautiful views of the bay, sunset, and marina.

Whatever your heart desires. From waking up to watching the boats come in and out of the marina, a bike ride to the beach at sunrise, a day on the beach, shopping, charter fishing, or exploring one of the three boardwalks, this will become your favorite location!!

We try to maintain bikes and beach chairs for your stay, but feel free to bring your own.
