This beautiful villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; ~2900 square feet of first-class accommodations. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, providing both comfort and luxury. Fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, end unit with 2-car garage.

The BEST location in Bay Forest!

Walking distance to most of the amenities in the community including the tennis /pickleball courts, outdoor basketball, tot lots, bocce ball, putting green, the amazing clubhouse offering a game room, gathering room, bar/grill, family-friendly pool with a lazy river and water slides (a treat for the entire family) or relax in the adult-only lap and lounge pool. The community also offers a Recreation barn (i.e., indoor basketball and fitness center), walking trails, and an herb garden. After dinner, take a short bike ride (we provide bikes for most ages) to roast marshmallows over the community fire pit or walk out on the pier at the marina. Please note that the Bay Forest community charges $50 per person administrative/community fee for each person 5 years and older. This fee will be charged as part of your reservation process (limited to 8 guests). Once this fee is paid to the community manager on the guests' behalf, it becomes non-refundable.

We loved the property and community. The access to grab groceries, try restaurants and head to the beach were super easy. The community was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Amazing pool for kids, fun game room and awesome walking trails. The house was super spacious for 8 of us.

Property was well maintained and located perfectly in the community. Host was amazing and responsive. Only negative was we hand to but a lot of small necessities like garbage bags, hand/dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Would still highly recommend!

Great location and house in Bay Forest

This is an upscale community that requires renter tags to access facilities. We loved biking throughout the community and using the pools, fitness center and indoor pickleball. People were friendly to chat with. Short drive to beaches. WiFi is available and laundry. Need to bring linens and hand/dish soap, towels etc.

Beautiful Bethany property

We had a wonderful week staying at Kim’s property… super comfortable, all you could need in the kitchen, great neighborhood amenities, and fairly close to the beach. Def will book again!

Great stay!

The house was very comfortable and in a prime location in the neighborhood. True walking distance to the pool, clubhouse, etc. The drive to the beach is not far, and the owner was very helpful.

Outstanding summer vacation spot

We had an amazing time at Bay Forest. The pool is incredible and the location was perfect. Kim was so easy to work with and we would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kim, for giving us a wonderful way to end our summer!

Highly recommend

This is the third year we have stayed in Kim’s place and we just absolutely love it there! The community is great from the people to all the amenities available. The communication with Kim is perfect, in the rare times you need to communicate with her she is alway available to help. We hope to one day retire in this community.

Beautiful neighborhood

We had a really nice stay. The neighborhood was really nice and the amenities amazing. Really wished we had more days at the kids pool and had the shuttle working as well but we managed with out issue. Next time we will come later in June so all amenities are open but the house and the owner were really nice. Thank you.

Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. The townhouse was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The BayForest Community was a great place for the family to kick back and relax. It had something for all ages! Kim, the owner, was so easy to work with as well! Always responded to my questions right away! Thanks for a fun week Kim!

Great location to pool and clubhouse. Cable tv options were very limited. need to invest in a upgraded package so visitors can actual enjoy tv at night. people in complex very nice.

Great location! We love this community!

The house was very spacious. Decor was very nice. The kitchen was great for cooking with multiple people. The master bedroom was huge. It was very close to the community pool which we loved! The only drawbacks is that there were no grill and no outdoor patio. There was a beautiful view of the point and the fountain. We brought collapsible chairs but would have love to sit out there for dinner. We did know this in advance so we brought a portable grill as well. The backyard is gorgeous and definitely a missed opportunity. Overall, we had a wonderful week and it went by way too fast.

Great Family Vacation Place!

Bay Forest is a wonderful area for a vacation with family/kids. The facilities are first rate, clean, and so many options that we didn’t even have a chance to try everything we wanted to sample. The pool and game room were the favorites for our kids ages 7 and 13. Our rental was a good choice for our family. When the Wi-Fi didn’t work upon arrival, the owner was very responsive to getting it fixed. The owner was actually very good about all communications with us. Adults weren’t thrilled with upstairs mattresses, but mine in main suite was excellent. It seems I always have this complaint about rentals - horrible cookware! Not sure how owners can solve this, but if you want to make meals here, maybe bring a few fry pans. I must say, it was a wonderful week for all of us!!

Great Home with proximity to pool!

We loved our stay in this home. The property owner was very easy to work with and made our stay easy and stress free! The home was very clean and in a great location in the subdivision, a short walk to the clubhouse and the pool, which we spent a lot of time at! The online website for Bay Forest is very outdated, we were expecting an on-site bar/grill as per the website, but that has been out of service since before COVID-19 hit. The home overall was lovely, albeit a bit outdated. The upstairs queen bed was slightly uncomfortable, it felt very slept in. The television upstairs was very outdated, unable to attach a gaming system or stream online services. No tvs in the bedrooms. Overall, a great week of relaxation and a great property!

Bay Forest has it all this home is in a great location

Bay Forest is a great community with tons of amenities. We used the shuttle to the beach, walked to the pool daily and kids loved the tot lot across the street from the house. We couldn’t have asked to be in a better location in the community. The house was very well kept and clean. Kim the owner was extremely responsive when we reached out to her. The home comfortably fit our group of four adults and three kids. Although our stay here was good there was an issue with the AC which made evenings extremely warm in the house. I’m guessing that’s been fixed by now. The back of the home has a nice view of a pond but the outside area had no patio or seating. Some of the homes in the neighborhood do so next time we may look for a home that had some form of enclosed porch or patio.

Great Vacation Spot for the Whole Family

We walked in and the house looked beautiful. We were visiting with our son, his wife and their three kids ages 1 1/2, 4, and 6. They had their own little apartment/villa upstairs and my husband and I took the downstairs bedroom. All the rooms were very large and very nice. The living room was so comfortable and we spent pleasant evenings there together. The dining room table was perfect and the kitchen well stocked. We all loved the clubhouse, especially the lazy river and slides. Additionally, we had fun playing foosball, air hockey, and ski ball. It was a little frustrating that the pools didn't open until 11 am on weekdays because our little toddler naps at noon and we could have enjoyed a couple morning hours if the pool had been open. We did take the morning time for some nice walks on the trails and even found a fairy garden which thrilled our granddaughters. We drove to the beach for convenience, but the shuttle is a nice service. Kim was great to work with and very responsive to our every question and concern. We highly recommend this home for those who would like to have a wonderful family vacation!

Find a different rental in Bay Forest

The 3 bedrooms upstairs share 1 bathroom which is not ideal, and we found the bedding situation to be very uncomfortable. There are 2 twin beds covered by a plastic wrap with large holes. The plastic wrap refracts the heat from your body making you hot and crinkles as you move. We took this wrap off as it was so uncomfortable to find both beds were covered in pee stains. The twin beds creak loudly when you turn, we ended up having to take the beds off the frames and sleep on them on the floor. The "queen" is a full-size bed, 2 adults complained of bed bugs after sleeping on it and had physical markings on their bodies the next morning. After that, we no longer used that bed. We used the downstairs couch and felt bugs there too. The bunk bed has a hard frame, which the adult sleeping on bruised the top of her foot badly on, from accidentally kicking it in her sleep at night. The house was ill kept and maintained. Issues included; the washer made a horrific sound while washing/spinning that was so loud it echoed through the entire villa and we couldn't use it. There was a bucket under the kitchen sink collecting water, the upstairs bathroom has/had water leaking from the roof and it has visibly damaged the dry wall and was haphazardly fixed and mold remediation was not done. The oven was not working, and we were asked to meet with someone to fix it on our vacation. The location is great, but if you can't sleep it's not worth it, we ended our trip a day early. Bay Forest is awesome, I would recommend a different house in the same community. As a final note regarding customer service, I discussed my feedback with Kim, who went so far to say I was trying to “extort” her family. I generally find that if you pay for something and then have a bad experience, you let that vendor know and they try to do something to make the situation better. Kim classifies this as “extortion”. None the less, they did nothing to make the situation better. They claim I’ve made everything up and they inspected the beds with their eyes and there are 100% sure it’s not a problem. They said everything I am saying is lies, so I would recommend if you have an issue just write it in the review and don’t waste your time trying to communicate with them. Kim also has no authority to do anything, it’s her father’s place and he calls the shots. I want to warn other travelers as I wish I had been able to see this feedback when I was trying to decide.

Great for a Family!!

We really enjoyed staying in this community!! This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our family with small children! So close to the pool with slides snd lazy river, and also close to the playground. Owner offered bikes for our entire family to use which was fun! House was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and pots/pans. This house provided our family with the space to spend quality time together with all the amenities both in the house and in the community!! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with!

Awesome location to pool!

We absolutely love the location of this house to the pool and playground! We were able to walk with our young children to the pool, playground, tennis courts, and other trials without a hassle. We really enjoyed the “water park” and the lap pool was also such a great pool for the toddlers. We loved Bay Forest. The house was very spacious and nice kitchen! I gave cleanliness a 3/5 star. The carpets need a deep clean and other areas needed some TLC.

Great place!

We really like Bay Forest, and this end unit town house is right in the center of it all, very walkable to the clubhouse and pool. The online listing was accurate and the place was very clean. We'd definitely recommend for families.

Great location for kids.

So close to both pools and playground. We went for walks and bike rides every evening. Saw tons of wildlife, from deer to bunnies to otters and of course tons and tons orlf frogs, and man do they talk at night! We drove to beach just because we thought it was easier with our 2 little ones but the shuttle is right there to take you to beach. Shuttle doesn't run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so make those your pool days.

The location is the best in the community! Walking distance to most of the community amenities. A perfect open space just out the front door for gathering under the arbor or toss the football around, yet still a quiet location with great views. We take great pride in our villa ensuring that is is well maintained for the comfort of all of our guests.

You could park your car in the driveway (or 2-car garage) and never use it again until it is time to head home. Most of the community amenities can be seen from our doorstep, including the fantastic clubhouse and pools, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball hoops, Bocce courts, horseshoes, volleyball, and even a putting green. To get to the beach simply hop on the shuttle from the clubhouse and you will be there in minutes.
