"Flip Flop Inn" Gulf Highlands 216 Grande Island in Panama City Beach, Florida is a 1600 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2.5 bath *PET FRIENDLY* townhome. Unwind in style and enjoy the multitude of amenities. Located across the street from the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach with direct beach access, this upgraded townhome lets you hit the beach and dive into local attractions, all while enjoying a quiet, 24-hour secured community.
“Flip Flop Inn” has all the comforts of home and easily sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed and two twin beds in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a futon bed in the guest bedroom *This townhome is pet friendly* -2 dog maximum and both must weight under 25 lbs each -Flip Flop Inn charges a non-refundable pet deposit of $150 for each dog. So get your Flip Flops packed and we'll see you at the BEACH!

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

The great room is a great place for everyone to gather. The open floor plan connects the great room, dining room, and kitchen area. Ample seating for everyone with two large sofas and two matching side chairs. Enjoy kicking back and watching your favorite TV shows on the "man-sized" flat screen TV. The living room offers access to your patio with a Weber grill. It's a great place for friends and family to gather and enjoy their afternoons!

Your pub height dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar! Take time out of your day to enjoy a game of chess or checkers with your friends/family at this great entertaining space!

The large kitchen offers an eat-in breakfast bar. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a fancy meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bakeware you'll need. We provide a drip coffee maker.

The master suite is your own private oasis with a luxurious king-sized bed with silky high thread count sheets. A large flat screen TV is provided so you can stay snuggled in bed watching your favorite movies. The master bedroom also provides additional sleeping arrangements for two with two additional twin beds.

The master bathroom offers a large soaking tub and vanity area with ample storage space. Conveniently located adjacent to the master bedroom.
A powder room is provided downstairs right off the kitchen.

The guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed with luxurious linens and high thread count sheets. A flat screen TV is also provided in this bedroom. Additional seating/sleeping arrangements for another guest on the futon bed in the guest bedroom.
The guest bathroom is attached to the guest bedroom and offers a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

"Flip Flop Inn" has it's very own full size washer/dryer located upstars between the guest and master bedroom.

We clean all hard surface floors with high temperature steam mops. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything.

We use eco-friendly cleaning practices that help preserve the earth's precious resources while providing our guests the cleanest properties around! Our maintenance crew keeps all properties in top shape.

Everyone Got Sick
The owner had a lock and key on the air conditon system. It was really cold in the codo and we could not adjust the temperature. Going from hot to freezing temperatures caused everyone to get sick with colds. We could not enjoy our stay for 5 days out of the 7 days we were there
