If you are looking for a romantic getaway to a tropical Caribbean paradise, a special honeymoon destination, or just a place to relax and reconnect with nature and your loved ones...this 2 Bedroom hilltop villa is the ideal sanctuary, only a few hours from New York. This is the perfect place to take deep breaths, relax and connect to the natural world.

Travelers come to Vieques seeking to gentle breezes, pristine palm-lined beaches and a slower pace of life. At 360Āŗ Vieques discover all of this, along with a gracious sense of calm and tranquility.

This minimalist, escapist retreat situated on a hilltop has 360Āŗ panoramic views of the picturesque ocean, the lush protected forest, and the islands of Puerto Rico, St John, St Thomas and St Croix.

A newly constructed modern home with a simple and clean lined design. The house features two bedrooms, a bathroom with rain shower, fully equipped granite kitchen and small inside lounge area. From the large open-air living/dining area steps lead down to a comfortable pool deck and the infinity pool facing the ocean. The eagles next on top of the house provides one of the best views on the island.

The master bedroom, with breathtaking ocean views, has a queen size bed and French doors opening out to a private deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds.

Spectacular sunrises over the nature reserve as you do your morning yoga on the deck. The wild horses will wander up from the reserve and greet you as you are getting ready to head to explore the many secluded beaches on what Travel and Leisure calls 'The Best Island of the Caribbean'. You will spend your day snorkeling, diving, fishing, kayaking, kite surfing or just lounging on an unspoiled, un-crowded beach of your own.

At sunset you can swim in complete seclusion in the private salt water pool. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool.

Delight in the balmy eastern trade winds while sipping a sunset cocktail by the pool, dine al fresco under the starry skies on deck, or enjoy a romantic evening stargazing from the roof top terrace---the eagles nest.

We have just added a 2nd floor unit with one bedroom and one bath, a small living room and a kitchenette that we will offer for rent as an addition to the first floor unit -- making it ideal for two couples, or a family traveling together while still wanting some privacy.
This unit will only be rented as an addition to the first floor unit, and your party will always be the only guests staying at the property, and the only ones with access to the private pool.

Our house manager will greet you at the villa or if you would like, pick you up at the airport for a small fee, and bring you to the house. You will need a car and we can direct you to a number of car rental agencies on the island.

We absolutely adored the outdoor spaces, multiple decks, top floor 360 views for star gazing, sunrise/ sunset... The infinity pool was exactly as advertised - gorgeous, relaxing, incredible privacy and views. We did wish the bed was more comfortable, and that there were more options for outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the space.

Vieques 360 was simply the perfect place to stay. The views are stunning, the place is spotless, and the care taker was as responsive and helpful as possible. Although we were sad to leave, we will certainly be back. Vieques has stolen our hearts and can't wait to visit again!

A wonderful stay in Vieques

360 Viegues is a wonderful and comfortable property with amazing views, day and night. Filippa is a responsive and gracious host as is her property manager, Jenny. We had everything we needed for our stay. A fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living spaces, clean and stylish. If back to Vieques, we would rent 360 again.

Villa Boriquen was a perfect house for my husband and I. There is a 360 view from the top floor. So beautiful. We loved the neighborhood with roosters crowing and horses walking on the street. The house is comfortable and pretty. Enjoyed the cooling breezes and the pool. Good location to drive to the beaches and Isabel Segunda and Esperanza. We would enjoy staying here again,

First of all, our hosts on the app AND on ground zero were STELLAR!! Helpful, accomodating, kind, all the best qualities in a package. Second, LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!Third & beyond, beautiful views, non stop hill top breezes, the smell of the Ylang Ylang, the beautifuland fragrant Hibiscus, Mango, bana bushes and the bright Ixoria inside the gated yard are touches of absolute perfection and when you smell these anywhere else you are instantly taken back! We usually stay in Esperanza and on or near the beach but after this stay - we may be converted to hilltop people!!

Beautiful Views

My boyfriend and I stayed at Vieques 360 for the first time in January. The insider scoop the owner and the house manager provided was extremely helpful. The views are amazing from almost any location on the property. The pool was a bit too cold for us in the evenings, but nice in the middle of a sunny day. We spent most of our time exploring, but returning to the house and sleeping with the screens opened were top-notch. Jenny is the house manager, she was so easy to communicate with and went out of her way to help us get settled. The horses roaming the island and coming to the house in the morning are like being in a different world. I 10 out of 10 recommend booking this house!

360 Vieques is an amazing place to stay. The views are breathtaking! The home is very clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pool is beautiful and very clean. We truly enjoyed our time here. From doing yoga in the crows nest at sunrise to taking an afternoon nap in the hammock. I highly recommend 360 to anyone looking to enjoy the gorgeous island of Vieques! Jenny is an amazing house manager. She is so friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about the house and area. Knew it would be spectacular

Stayed at 360 for 10 days. We were warmly welcomed by Miss Jenny on our arrival. The house was well layed out as well as very well equipped. The fact that there was no a/c did NOT all become an issue. The breeze was absolutely wonderful. The view...well 360 says it all. Had a full moon for most of the time and then stars for the remainder. Grounds were very well maintained. Not sure what flower/plant was near but the scent was intoxicating. Centered pretty much between Esperanza and Isabella so beach and town were easy access. Surrounding neighborhood was very quiet which was also great. All in all it was a joyous experience and one we will definitely do again..... was

In Love With Vieques

We loved our first trip to Vieques and will be back. The view of the whole island and the sky at night are amazing. Jenny the property manager was very friendly and helpful. The pool was unfortunately not heated and very cold during our stay so we were unable to enjoy it. It was nice having a kitchen but, we didn't really have everything that we needed to make meals or at least no oven. There are grocery stores, but most have more packaged items than fresh fruits, veggies and meat available so plan accordingly. If traveling with a family, it would likely make sense to shop on the mainland and bring it over on the ferry. Vieques is very quiet and peaceful.

Couldn't have been better!

Just returned from a week long stay in 360 Vieques, and couldn't be happier with the home. First, Jenny was the best! She is super friendly, extremely responsive, and trustworthy. The island had some water issues while we were there, and Jenny immediately jumped in to resolve. She was pleasant and knew just what to do to fix it. The home was exactly as it looks in the pictures, but also better than you can imagine. The breeze that blows through the house is incredible. We enjoyed hearing the frogs and roosters from bed. The top floor of the home, the Eagle's Nest, is just incredible at sunset, at night, at sunrise. Every view is beautiful. We left each day knowing all our stuff was secure, and returned home each evening to comfort. Everything you need is in the home - from chairs, coolers, and towels, to candles, books, Netflix, extra sheets, washer / dryer.... We just loved it. And the location was perfect, center of the island, easy access to north and south coasts. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful location, almost perfect

We recently stayed at this lovely property in Vieques, and while the location and views were amazing, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Pool: The pump was not working, and by the third day, the water became murky. The pool light was also not usable, making it too dark to use safely at night. Shower: The shower temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and cold, which made it difficult to use. The showerhead was also too low for anyone taller than 5ā€™6ā€, requiring you to bend awkwardly. House: The house had no air conditioning, and the ceiling fans didnā€™t work. The two provided floor fans were loud, making it hard to sleep in a comfortable temperature. Privacy was an issue, as cars driving by could see directly into the house. Some more plants around the property would help. If the hurricane shutters are open for air, rain will likely come in around the windows. The owner's vehicle parked right next to the house could be moved elsewhere on the property. The TV was positioned very low, making it hard to watch from the eclectic patio-style couch. Pros: The views from the house were stunning, and the pool was a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed seeing horses pass by on the street. The house was well-stocked with beach gear, though yoga mats wouldā€™ve been a nice addition. Jenny was a stellar point of contact with great communication. This is a beautiful property with potential, but a few maintenance and comfort issues could be addressed.

Beautiful property amd location

The villa has 360 view of the island. It was well equipped with everything you might need when on vacation. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes outside(which is normal given the fact itā€™s all nature around you), so if there is no wind a bugs repellent spray is a must. Beautiful sunset view on the top of the villa.

What a get-away!

We loved our romanic get-away in Vieques. The house is absolutely amazing and we loved it SO MUCH. The different outside spaces and the pool, the little kitchen with gas cooking top and anything you need to make great meals, the cozy couch, the master bedroom breeze and view. The location with the 360 view and the windy breeze through open shades at night. We absolutely LOVED it there. We will be back. Guaranteed! P.S. Jenny, the property manager was the best and super helpful with any questions we had. Bye for now Vieques, we already are in love with you!

Amazing stay!

360 Vieques is a really special place to stay. The views from all sides are breathtaking, you feel like you have the entire island to yourself. Beyond that, it is situated between Isabel II and Esperanza, so you can conveniently access the best beaches and restaurants the island has to offer. One thing to note is that because the property is located so high up, it can get very windy (but that also means less mosquitos!).

Privacy, amazing views, and good location

Beautiful space and views of the island. The views from the rooftop and all the decks are breathtaking - sunrises and sunsets plus lots of rainbows. The property is so private and secure and perfect for a couple seeking relaxation - great for a romantic get away. Jenny the house manager was so attentive and communicative. Best place to stay in Vieques!

We enjoyed our honeymoon here and it was perfect. Very beautiful home, clean, quiet and nothing beats the pool and incredible views from every floor. We had the best time and will definitely return!

Perfect property, amazing experience

Filippa and Jenny were both very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The property is gorgeous, well-stocked with everything you need to hit the beaches and enjoy Vieques, and was cleaned spotless for our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved cooking meals there and eating them on the roof deck. The views are incredible and we loved starting and ending our days there on the soft cushions and yoga mats. I also must commend Filippa for her book and film collection. We are already eagerly looking forward to coming back to Vieques and staying at Filippa's amazing property. This is hands down the best place to stay on the island - best views, short driving distance to everywhere, lots of space to chill, swim, and relax when you're not being active, pristine condition, and super comfortable in all regards. We didn't want to leave.

I am an island girl at heart. Have traveled a lot all over the world (lived in Paris, New York, Milan) but it was not until I first came to Vieques that I knew I had found my own private paradise. Vieques is the way you imagine the Caribbean must have been in the 50s. Unspoiled, friendly, and with fantastic, secluded beaches where you're more likely to run into an iguana or a turtle than other tourists. I love spending time on one of the beaches were you can leisure around in perfect privacy. I bought a shell of a house in 2009 and did some construction work. It was a cute two bedroom with a small inside living space, but as you want to spend most of your time enjoying being in the Caribbean I added lots of inside/outside living space: an infinity pool, a large outside living/dining area and a wrap around deck, to fully be able to take advantage of the amazing views from this quiet hilltop.

It is a newly constructed modern home. This 2 bedroom villa sits on one of the highest hilltops in Vieques. This is the perfect place to take deep breaths, relax and connect to the natural world. It is true luxury having the Largest Natural Reserve in the Caribbean right outside the window. The wild horses and the humming birds accompany you for your morning coffee on the terrace. Delight in the balmy eastern trade winds while sipping a sunset cocktail by the private pool, dine alfresco on the terrace under the starry skies, or enjoy a romantic evening stargazing from the eagles nest. A midnight dip among the liquid stars of the incredible Bio Bay is a magical experience to share with your special someone.
