POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.

* PARKING:
HOA allows max 5 cars per home. Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Please use the overflow parking lots. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.

* Trash pickup
Trash must be bagged. Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.
