The primary bedroom has an attached bath with a triple headed tile shower and is separated from the other two bedrooms. There are three TVs, one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom and one in the second bedroom. They are all smart TV's with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. The kitchen is well equipped complete with a Cuisinart pour over style coffee maker.
The vaulted ceiling creates an airy, spacious feeling in the open living room, dining room and kitchen area. This opens via French doors to the covered back deck that has a propane grill and outdoor dining table.
We have a covered front and back deck to enjoy coffee or an afternoon drink. The 1/2 acre lot boasts a large back yard that is perfect to enjoy the hot tub, BBQ grill or extra large fire pit. Lay in the hammock out front or in the back and enjoy a good book. We have a paddle board, a fishing kayak and a tandem kayak for your use as well as four bikes available. We have private neighborhood access to the Deschutes River less than a mile away with easy to walk streets.
Close to restaurants and the Sunriver Country Store for your convenience. The High Lakes, Mt. Bachelor and downtown Bend are all within thirty minutes. Visit the High Desert Museum, the Lava Cast Forest or the Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory for close by adventures. Excellent fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, sight seeing, snow activities and beer tasting all nearby.
