Puma Lane #5 is a 2 bedroom, two bathroom with a loft vacation home. Recently upgraded with the addition of Air Conditioning in 2022. This adorable vacation rental is perfect for up to 8 guests. The large living room provides a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The dining area leads to the fully stocked kitchen, donned with new hard surface flooring, where you can cook up one of your family favorites. If it is too nice
to cook inside, head outside to the deck and enjoy the gas BBQ.



The bedroom on the main level offers a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. The loft has 2 twin for families traveling with children. There is also a queen hide-a bed in the living room.



Relax in the enclosed, private hot tub underneath a starry night, ride one of three provided bikes along the 20+ miles of bike paths, or enjoy a walk to the SHARC Aquatic Facility!

Not only can you speed down the water slides, float the lazy river, or simply soak up the sun with one of the 6 unlimited SHARC passes, but you can enjoy free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

Nice place, good location but condo could use some upgrades; very dated. Like not making coffee and using the microwave without blowing a fuse. TV not user friendly having to use multiple remotes just to get to the guide.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfectly located in a quiet loop with direct access to bike path and just a few steps to sharc and Paulina park. Had everything we needed and then some. Air conditioning is also a must for the summer months. Had an issue with the hot tub (user error) upon arrival. Maintenance company responded within minutes and corrected the problem promptly. Recommend and hope to return.

Our favorite place

This was our 2nd stay in this house - love the a/c and hot tub but the location is the BEST! The SHARC (pools, hit tub, water slides, etc) is right behind the house - come and go all day long! Itā€™s a short bike ride to the village - there is no downside. With the app, you get the entry code, you can check out and a ton of other things. Weā€™re already thinking about trip #3 to this house. And if you stayed in Sunriver- know that this house is not along the train tracks.

Great place and location

We loved the location right next to SHARC. The house was as described and worked for our small family. As has been noted, the upstairs bedroom floorboards creak loudly so the downstairs bedroom isn't the best for light sleepers. Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't know how many times my wife and I have chosen to stay at Sunriver for our anniversary. We live at the Oregon coast, lot's of people like to come here for family occasions, we like Sunriver. With the exception of one year we have always went with Sunset Lodging. That one year was a mistake. I think Puma 5 has been our anniversary home four or five times now, it fits us perfectly and the location is great, right on our favorite bike trails.

Outdoor pools still in use after Labor Day. While space was clean, including a very clean hot tub (!), there were a fair amount of cobwebs in upper corners near the ceilings. Perfect! Especially with swimming kids!

So nice to walk across the street to the aquatic center as many times a day as you wish. The bike trails are so nice- easy ride to the village for our 6 year old grandson. AC works great. Weā€™ve rented other place here - this is the BEST so far!

Excellent Sunriver property

Family of 4 had a great stay. The layout of the home is well efficient, location is right across the street from the SHARC, and an easy walk to the village. We have stayed in Sunriver many times and would happily stay here again. I would agree with other bookers, that the appliances could use upgrading, but I consider that a minor need, personally. Overall, wonderful home, thank you for renting to us!

We had a great stay, the SHARC passes and the bikes were great.

We had a great time. One suggestions as it made my heart jump, is that it looks like you have added vertical post to decrease the size of the gap between the posts on the stairs and loft. There is one spot where it looks like one wasn't added and my three year old stuck there head through, you may want to consider adding one at that spot near the top of the stairs. Thanks, we had a great time.

Good house close to SHARC

This fit my family of 5 comfortably. Decent layout for the house, usable kitchen, dining, living. The kids liked the loft area. Close to sunriver amenities (SHARC, village). Fitting 8 would be possible but not comfortable.

Cozy home, close to SHARC

We stayed for a week of spring break, 2 kids, 2 adults. Had a great time. Very comfy home. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for us to all be lazy.

Cute Cabin

The location was perfect. Close to the Village and all the walking/biking paths. My only complaint would be the appliances were a bit dated but still work and the hot water ran out pretty quick after one shower. Great cabin!
