Spring Break

Fabulous place to stay with family! Communication was excellent, everything was super clean and access to all the needed supplies to get you started for your stay. Will definitely be back!!

Awesome hosts and place

Beach is beautiful and so easy to get to. Owners are fabulous and responsive. Every little detail at the condo is great - they thought of everything. Could not recommend it more!

Beach getaway

This condo was great. It had everything you could want in a beach vacation. Umbrellas, chairs, beach cart, coolers, etc. Location was good. Far enough away from larger buildings so the beach wasn’t too crowded. Nearby restaurants. Overall, perfect family vacation.

Very clean, has everything you need, golf cart was nice. Pleasant owners very helpful. Location excellent. Nice pool quiet. Had a great time. Will be going back.

Great place in Indian Rocks / Indian Shores

This property has everything for someone looking for a laid back beach trip. There’s not a single item the host has not thought of. From beach chairs to beach towels to coolers to coffee pods, everything you could possibly need. Also, as advertised, it’s only a 50 yard walk from the property parking lot to the beach shoreline. Overall fantastic spot.

Beautifully Done Wonderful Amenities

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful and comfortable stay at K&A in Indian Shores. Indian Shores itself was new to us and is a fantastic place! The townhome has been beautifully renovated and boasts everything you could need while having enough space for everyone to stretch out and relax out of the sun. Our family enjoyed easy access to the beautiful beach, sand and sunsets, while appreciated cooling off at the pool together as well. Karen was amazing and accommodating to our travel schedule which was greatly appreciated. Our memories from frolicking at the beach, to playing cards and Bananagrams, to making food, to tooling around in the golf cart will last a lifetime. Thanks again!

Wonderful Vacation

Karen and Allan were there for our every need. They left nothing out and every little thing was planned out. The condo was stocked with all the basics from grocery items to phone chargers. A gold cart that made getting around super easy and fun. The condo was immaculately cleaned. It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. We were allowed an early check in and late check out. You are given access to the pool until 10 p.m. which is a first. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be heading back there.

BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS

Karen and Allan VR made our stay beyond what we expected. They made sure to make their property look and feel like an all-inclusive. They didn’t miss one detail! Karen and Allan have poured their hearts into the property and you can tell. Super responsive and friendly. If you are looking for a place that takes out 99% of the work you have to do for a condo rental, this is the place for you. The property comes fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it a few steps to the beach. Thank you Karen and Allan for renting your condo to the Riveras and Santiagos!

Fantastic!

Our host were very communicative from the beginning. The place was spotless and had everything we could have needed right down to a blue tooth speaker, coolers, and a beach wagon. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of dishes, BBQ tools, and soaps. The games were great on the one day it rained. The golf cart was HUGE! We drove it to get supplies, snacks, and evening dinners. It was a game changer for us. The beds were great. And the hot tub and pool were splendid in the afternoon when the beach got too hot. Easy flat walk to the beach. Hope to come back soon.

What a FIND!

This was the perfect stay for our mom and daughters getaway. Karen was an excellent host with special touches in the decor, and it was the best stocked condo that I have ever booked. It was truly beautiful and clean! The condo has two views - the back deck was the view of the bay, and the window in the office area showed the beach across the street. The path to the beach was straight across the street. It was perfect! The coffee pot even stopped working , and Karen brought a brand new Keurig to us. I can’t say enough about our stay. This area is also low key and the beach was never crowded during our stay. We loved the golf cart and was able to ride it to eat and get ice cream. We loved it! Thanks again, Karen!

Absolute PERFECTION!!!!

10 STARS if we could! Definitely worth staying at K&A. CLEAN doesn’t describe it- IMMACULATE does. The attention to all the extras, the amenities, location is ideal & charming, best was the golf cart. We saved money having so much included that normally we go buy and have to leave. Took the SUP on the Intracoastal and saw manatees. My wife saw dolphin from the balcony one morning. Filled the beach cart for a romantic sunset Happy Hour. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. Thank you Karen & Allan -we felt so blessed from you both. You made us feel extremely special. Will see you in April hopefully.
