The house was clean , close to the beach I would still get a golf cart . At first the door knob to unlock & open was unclear on our end to open but we figured it out .

A broom and sone cleaning stuff could be great, we stayed for 2 nigths 4 adults and 4 kids, and personal things weren't enoguth, they are so small like shampoo, condicioner and soap.

Thank you for staying with us. There is a broom dust pan mopping supplies in the first door to the right right behind the front door that has all of that in there. You definitely could’ve called and we would’ve assisted you. It is in our check-in information that’s provided to you a few days before your arrival on what we supplied such as the travel size shampoo, conditioners, and soaps. If you would’ve called, I would’ve been happy to bring you a few more. Thank you again for staying with us.

Annual Beach Trip

Great location!!! Centrally located to town and right down to the beach!! This place was very nice and clean. Port A is such an accommodating community. We had such a good time.

Bed was comfy/plenty of room/Walking distance from beach, although I urge you to rent a golf cart! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cute and clean

Nice spot to stay walking distance from the beach. We weren’t expecting it to be in a collection of duplexes on a single lot, but the neighbors were nice and we enjoyed talking to some. The decor is cute and comfortable.

Get away

Nice little getaway in a good location. Outdoor shower by the pool and water hose were nice so we could wash the sand off before going inside.

Internet never worked. No way for my kids to watch TV the entire time. We couldn’t do anything, except sleep there. The place only had steaming to watch anything. It needs direct tv option. Made the stay miserable. We had to spend all day every day away from the condo. I need some kind of refund!

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and everything was great. The check in process was a little bit of a hassle because we never received our check in email. It took over. A couple hours to get in touch with property manager. Once we were able to get checked in, everything ran smoothly. Would revisit again.

The pool was enjoyable. The property is cute and comfy. Sadly majority of the stay the internet was out, cleanness of the bathrooms and bedding weren’t the greatest. The home smelled like mildew which we had to air out and buy candles and air fresheners to help. The pull out couch wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom had poor drainage. Overall I give a 4star but wouldn’t stay again. When discussing with management, they sent maintenance to fix it, which they too weren’t on time as they said they’d be. I asked if we could be compensated back anything due to not having all amenities available and the inconvenience but that was declined.

Overall good

The property was cute and cozy. There was a couple of things they had to come fix but they jumped right on it and fixed it. Renters need to start telling the owners when something is broke cause other wise they don't know and can't fix it for the next person. I will rent there again.

Beach condo

Nice place and great location, it’s townhouse style with pool right across, the pool is smaller than in picture, only getting 4 and half foot deep and if the sun is out it gets lukewarm by the end of the day . They had a shower and water hose outside to wash off and wash golf cart out. The mattress and pillows were very worn and soft, I personally like a harder mattress. If you have a larger family would recommend bringing extra towels and wash clothes. They had 7-8 towels and 4 wash cloths but taking multiply showers after water activities you have to do a lot of washing. Having the washer and dryer was a great necessity to have. It was in a great location an 8 min walk to the beach. If you are in car or cart about a minute drive, and about an 10 minute drive to each side of the island. Overall great place for the price and location.

Cute space - Walkable to the Beach

It was super nice to be able to walk to the beach. If you are a group who takes a lot of items with you to the beach, you might want to rent a golf cart. But we are pretty low-key so the short walk was no problem. I'm not sure it would sleep 8 people. We only had 3, so it wasn't an issue at all. One king size bed, one full size bed (listed as queen, but felt smaller and the sheets definitely had a large F on them noting full), and a full size pullout couch. Had a small issue with the fan/light not working in one room, they sent maintenance out for it quickly but it wasn't fixable while we were there. Appreciated the quick response from them once we called.

Thanksgiving with family

We need a place for a group of adults together for Thanksgiving. We are 50 plus. Bedding the seating was very uncomfortable. For a family with small kids there was literally seeing for three people it was very low to the ground one of our members had to go buy a cane to get up off of the sofa. And we had to take the pillow top off of the bed. The lighting is very inadequate as I'm visually impaired and all of us are closer to 60. We needed the attendant to come mail the front steps down as they were unattached. The big screen TV has a big black area apparently it's going out. It stormed and rained the entire week we were there. So we had no seating and a TV with a big black circle in it. We came in and took an entire Thanksgiving dinner the cookware was barely adequate. I would advise everyone to bring your cookware and serving dishes and utensils.
