Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The remote control for the air conditioning in the living room and in the two lower bedrooms is available for an extra charge of € 12 / day. The entrance is covered and leads over 6 steps and a 20 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 35 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, radio and Air conditioning is available in this bedroom. We are happy to provide you with the remote control for a small fee if required. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and Air conditioning is available in this bedroom. We are happy to provide you with the remote control for a small fee if required. Bedroom 25 sqm and with 1 double bed and Air conditioning is available in this bedroom. We are happy to provide you with the remote control for a small fee if required. Kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (220 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom 30 sqm and with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Smart TV from Samsung with internet access

Budapest, district XIV. The holiday home is located on a 760 sqm, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 140 m² of which 25 m² is a loft. Fenced. Fence height 2 m (escape-proof for dogs). Thanks to the convenient transport links, you can be in the city centre within 12 minutes by public transport.

After an eventful day, you can collect your thoughts in our garden or on the terrace, put your feet up and breathe in not the city centre’s stale air but fresh air with the scent of flowers.

If the party goes on longer and you don’t want to take a taxi in the early morning, you can easily reach the house by night bus! Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is an EV charging station in the area (600 m).

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). The remote control for the air conditioning units in the living room and the two lower bedrooms is available for an additional charge of €12/day.
