Onyx LOFT Designer Apartment with balcony

Amazingly done designer apartment with balcony right in the very heart of Budapest at the World famous Andrassy Avenue. Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance!

The apartment has a living room and 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a separated toilet. Super central location BUT quite and good night sleep is ensured!

Welcome package is included with snacks and drinks.

Our apartment is situated on Budapest's favorite ring road and has an extremely practical location, it's right next to a tram stop but the bedrooms are looking to the inner courtyard behind which is not busy. The newly renovated 4 bedroom apartment (sleeps 8) is bright, sunny and airy, has air-conditioning in all rooms, nicely furnished and features wireless internet access. Downstairs is floor heating, upstairs radiator.

The ceiling height of the LOFT apartment is very special, 530cm in the living room and both floors has very comfortable height 240-250cm!

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, an electric induction fireplace, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. There is also washing machine, ironing board, iron, 2 hair-dryer, and laundry rack in the flat. There are more handy desk-commode in the apartment which enables guests to work if it's needed. We have a balcony which is sunny in the morning, so guests can enjoy their breakfast in the sun. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator in the building.

It is very safe (camera at front door and alarm system)

Explore Budapest

We had a fantastic stay with my friends. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. Spacious, comfortable and perfectly located. We had a smooth check in and check out. The location is fantastic. We managed to explore all the main sights by foot. However, the public transport is literally few meters away from the apartment. In the vicinity there are a lot of restaurants and bars. Great stay!

Exceptional modern apartment

Booked this for a three night stay. The apartment is centrally located on the Pest side of the river near to the Oktogon metro stop. It's situated in an old period building but has been converted into a modern, mezzanine style apartment with four beautiful bedrooms. two bathrooms and a separate toilet - ideal for groups. Communication with the owner Adam, was very efficient and check in straightforward. I would highly recommend to groups when visiting Budapest. Great place to stay

I'm sorry but our check in is after 15.00, we can't guarantee early check in. Usually we have guests before the new arrival, and we need tom to clean the apartment:(

The best!

This apartment is great! Old but charming building and modern apartment. It is spacious, clean and well stocked. Very closed to metro and the bus. Easy access to all the attractions and sightseeing places in Budapest. If I’m in Budapest again I’ll definitely stay in this apartment again!!!

Budapest - family holiday

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing, spacious, convenient and very clean. It is very centrally placed, with superb restaurants close by and easy access to shops and restaurants. The tramline runs outside but most of the 'sights' we were able to walk to. The property managers were also very helpful at answering my questions before we arrived. We had 3 generations staying and here was ample room for people to have their own space and we greatly appreciated the effort made to accommodate my almost 14 month old grandson - right down to the cuddly toys sitting in the cot. I would recommend this property very strongly

Good location, badly managed

Apartment was renovated in a pretty dilapidated building that will be nice, some day. Location was great - walkable to the center and most attractions. Property is managed by a company, so poor response time and inadequate attention. Specifically, they provided one key to the apartment that is needed to lock it from the inside - so if someone in your group wanted to leave, the rest would have to be locked in in the apartment

Disappointed

Overall stay was fine. The air con didn’t work in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and wasn’t working well in the lounge. Reported as soon as we arrived but not fixed at all during 5 night stay

Hi Karen, Thanks for your review. We fixed the aircondition as soon as possible in 72 hour, in the summer season it is very hard to find a handyman for this job

Very disappointed. Upstairs toilet did not flush correctly. Requested a plumber who never turned up.Not enough cleaning liquid for dishwasher.Not enough washing machine liquid.Not enough bathroom soap. Only one between three guest.Silverfish in the bedOnly one tea towel in the kitchen. Nothing to clean the kitchen benches with.Handy to have a description of where everything was / how things work in the unit rather than us searching and finding things.

Nice apartment, perfect location, great stay

The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable for 7 adult guys. Nice but small balcony, perfect for some fresh air or a smoke. The living area was not as big as expected but big enough. Good beds and bedrooms, good bathrooms, plenty of room for lugage and good wardrobe space. Pretty easy check-in proces, and day to day access was pretty easy. The kitchen could be better, and is not suitable for much more than simple cooking, even though it has what you need of utensils a.s.o. The location is very good, and within walking distance of most places, and very easy access to the public transportation system. The transfer service that is linked from the operators webpage worked ok, but it is not recomended. We had a great stay.

The apartment was exactly as described and as per the pictures. Great location great feel to the place.Adam answered a couple of questions I had before we arrived immediately and sent on all the arrival instructions we needed before we arrived. We’ll certainly be checking the availability of this place first next time we stay in Budapest. Thank you. David

Not recommended

Nonexistent hospitality, poor communication, unpleasant. Host arranged our transportation weeks prior, but property was still not ready upon our arrival--fine, but 0 communication. Called/emailed/Vrbo messaged several times, no response until hours later. Had to call Vrbo customer support to get a different, working number for the host, who was rude and unapologetic. He just kept reiterating that the 8 guests who stayed the night before "trashed" the place and checked out late. Told me in writing, via Vrbo messaging, that I needed to understand this was a private apartment and not a hotel.... Clearly. Entire place smelled like sewage in spite of fragrance plug-ins everywhere. Uncomfortable beds and pillows; building itself in rough shape with poorly lit entryway. Had to message several times for WiFi info, neither the safe nor the security alarm worked (host simply said he would check it once we left... not helpful). We cut our losses left an entire night early to stay in a hotel instead. Communicated our early check out to the host and received no response. Stay away--Budapest is an incredible city and every part of our visit was exceptional outside of this rental experience.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location

What a beautiful apartment this is. Easy to find and very rustic from the outside, courtyard and in the shared areas. Once you walk in through the front door you will be impressed. 2 large bedrooms off of the hallway, storage, a toilet and a large bathroom all before entering the masterpiece which is the living room and kitchen. On the first floor there is another 2 large bedrooms and another bathroom. Everything has been finished fantastically with a real modern edge. All bedrooms and the living space is air-conditioned which was certainly needed during our break as the tempature hit 36° but felt much warmer. The TV and Xbox was a great addition for a lazy morning after a night out sampling the local drinks. Adam's communication was great and nothing was to much of an ask of him or his team. We were over the moon with the accommodation and service provided and we will certainly booking again the next time we travel to Budapest

The most stylish apartment I've ever booked. Great combination of luxurious and modern. Check-in is fast and easy. Host (Adam) was super friendly and offered great service!
