Summary:
The suite has a master bedroom with a king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has FOUR double sized beds set up as bunk beds so you can sleep up to 12.

Indoor/outdoor fireplace, Jacuzzi, full kitchen, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, shared parking garage, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.

We have a beautiful large balcony with an outdoor gas fireplace and a BBQ that is great to grill on in the evenings.

The Space:
This wonderful 3 bedroom condo has 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a nice living room to hang out with the family. It has a large covered balcony with a full BBQ grill, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces. It has a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and two sets of double-sized bunk beds in the third bedroom and can sleep up to 12. Onsite there are indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a basketball court, tennis court, and a gym. I hope you love my condo as I do!

Just minutes away you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the Street and Sky View 10 minutes away.

If you journey from the Wasatch Front area of Utah, you'll appreciate being 20-30 minutes closer to home when the vacation getaway must come to an end.

Getting Around:
Far from public transportation. I highly recommend renting a car or you will pay lots of $$ on uber or shuttle services.

Other Things to Note:
Very Quiet and secluded. Located right next to a top 100 golf course in the country Coral Canyon. You are literally in Zion National Parks front yard only 7 minutes away from downtown St. George and right on your way to Zion about 30 minutes away. Around the corner you will find Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State park, both excellent for boating, fishing, paddle-boarding and kayaking. If you enjoy ATV's and motorcycles make sure to drive them over to Sand Hollow Sand Dunes.

On-Site Recreation:
Please walk only on the grass and the cement paths. Children and Adults are not permitted on the rocks or landscaping areas. This includes the small rock areas around the buildings and the bluff behind the resort.
