This 3-bedroom 3-bath oasis offers more privacy than most. Click on the pictures and watch the video to get a real feel for this comfortable home. This property sits on a 200-foot-wide canal. The home is only a twelve-minute bike ride to Rum Runners Restaurant and great shops. Enjoy laying by the pool or casting a line off your private dock. This home is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly want. There are 5-Kayaks with its own private kayak landing, 4-bikes, fishing poles, pool floaties, lawn chairs and much more. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need if you like to cook and stay at home. Whether you are lounging by the pool or fishing from the dock this home is a relaxing haven. After a long day sit at the tiki and hopefully you will get lucky and see some dolphins swimming by. There is a book in the house that describes all the fun things to do and see in Cape Coral.

Best stay in Cape Coral

We have rented many places and this was by far the best. Zach was amazing to work with and accommodated all our requests. The kayaks and bikes were a great addition. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and dock area. We will definitely be back to rent this house again.

1st time in this area!!

House was wonderful, everything you could need is there! We enjoyed kayaking the canals, being lazy around the pool with no bugs, watching the geckos run around and the fish jump! Only a half hour to sanibel island which we frequented often. Home owner was extremely helpful if something was needed, we would love to stay here again!

Awesome house!!

The entire process was excellent. We selected the home based on location and pictures and were pleasantly surprised. The home exceed our expectations on every level. Beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable. We will return next year.

Great stay!

The Pelican really felt like our home away from home! We couldn't have been happier with the property and location. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the conveniences. The home is well appointed and comfortable (the master bedroom ensuite is amazing!). We spent our mornings exploring the area on bikes or taking short road trips to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Matlacha. In the afternoons, we couldn't wait to get back to the Pelican to take a dip in or lounge by the pool, or relax on the deck alongside the canal. We even spotted a turtle! Check-in was a breeze and Zach was easy to work with and communicated with us along the way. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Cape Coral.

Beautiful home

We stayed here with our school-aged kids for a week - to do distance learning from a beautiful, warm spot. The house is just as nice as it looks in the pictures - very luxurious, high-end furnishings and extras. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed (and more!). The pool was great - much bigger than most, and deep! We enjoyed games on the deck under the tiki canopy, grilling on the lanai, and biking around the neighborhood and kayaking in the canals. The owner Zach was very helpful and conscientious. When we did want to go to Sanibel or another beach, it is a bit of a drive, but we knew that it would be. The area the house is in is a very nice part of Cape Coral, but that means it's a little farther from the causeway over to Ft Myers etc. If we are in SWFL again, we will definitely stay here! One of the best VRBO experiences we've had.

Uneventful but pleasant stay.

All was good while working in area. The only possible improvement might be a strong warning about the transition from covered patio to pool. While it should be obvious, 2 out of 3 of us have prevailing stubbed toe ongoing pain/possibly broken. Not sure what they can say bc my injury was actually the 2nd stub that caused the ongoing issues. It shouldn’t prevent someone from staying here, but more of an alert/beware should be communicated.

Excellent Property

This was a very spacious rental property. It was very neat and clean. Views of the sunrise were beautiful. Zach was very responsive with all of our questions prior to arrival and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Awesome house - great stay

The house is exactly as pictured. Very nice, clean and well appointed. Loved the sonos speakers, kayaks and the pool. Zach was great and very responsive. Even though Elsa interrupted part of our stay, it was still a great vacation. Will plan to visit again.

Great place

Very roomy and worked well for my family of 5. Had everything needed to cook at home, relax, etc. Pool is great! Kayaks were fun. Home is beautifully furnished. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Family celebration COVID style

Pelican was the perfect place for us. We took our 3 twenty-something sons to celebrate a virtual college graduation, a birthday and hard work. The spacious layout, three bedroom, three bathroom, provided the space and privacy our adult children needed. Everything was beautiful, the quiet neighborhood and we are in love with the canal. The owner provides extras that met our needs as well as a recommendation for a fishing guide. This was our first VRBO experience and Zack spoiled us with Pelican. Thanks from MN

Absolute Haven for our family

We were so impressed with our vacation rental. It was a positive experience before we even left home. Zach had great communication, and we could really tell he cared about our family having a fabulous experience. I am super picky about cleanliness, and was beyond impressed with how pristine the house and property were. My family loved the dock and kayaks, and spent many hours on the canal. The neighborhood is truly peaceful and quiet, and very relaxing. Thank you Zach for allowing us to make memories in Cape Coral.

Relaxing Paradise!

We had a wonderful week staying at this immaculate home on the canal! The spacious layout of this home with 3 bedrooms/3 full baths, large open kitchen to the family room, lanai with comfortable furniture and tv, heated pool, dock seating, Sonos sound system, kayaks and bikes kept us all entertained while living in paradise. The owner and house manager were very helpful upon arrival and took great care to make sure everything was clean and in working condition. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and people were very friendly. We hope to come back and stay again!

Awesome home ! The amenities were great as well.

We had a full itinerary and visited many places so never used the pool. And the weather was somewhat chilly. However the house was just what we needed after running around all day. Morning coffee on the water side screened patio was soo relaxing. Fish jumping and sun rise coffee is priceless. Shopping and restaurants are fairly convenient, just short drive away. Zack, the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Great villa

So many positives about this lovely home it’s difficult to know where to begin. Fantastic pool, wider than most and always at just the right temperature. High quality fixtures and fittings throughout, everything you’d ever need in a kitchen, one of the comfiest beds ever and a very user friendly SONOS sound system all made for a very enjoyable stay. Fishing. I thought I might get the odd catfish but really pleasantly surprised by the variety of fish in the canal. Caught black drum to 8lb and hooked (and lost) a snook and a small tarpon from the boat dock. The floating dock for the kayaks was also a huge bonus. Lots to do nearby, plenty of restaurants but we ate most of our meals outside by the pool. Finally the owner Zach was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to any queries we had during our stay. Highly recommended and would visit again.

We purchased this property because of its location to restaurants and shops. The fact that it was on a 200-foot-wide canal was a huge selling point for us.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

One thing we love about this home is the quite neighborhood. No traffic noise is a big bonus!! The area has many mature palm trees with manicured yards. It's a really nice area with a long walk or short bike ride to Rum Runners Restaurant.
