Welcome! Very quiet neighborhood. It has a large yard with BBQ grill, fire pit and picnic table. We are located 25 mins from the Opry Mills Mall, Grand Ole Opry. Downtown Nashville just a few short minutes for a concert, watch some NFL or Hockey with the Titans or the Predators. Another great fact about our bnb is that we are 30 minutes away from Kentucky Downs where you can be at the Mint Gaming Casinos or at the Horse Track to take in some Historic Horse Racing. Welcome, Coffee is on!

Cute Cabin

Cute cabin that is in a quiet neighborhood. It is in the backyard of the owners house and set up cute inside. Myself and my son just did a very quick overnight stay and was perfect for us. It is about 30 minutes from Nashville like the listing says. Communication with the owner was good. Thanks Dale for having the cabin ready and the lights on and gate open upon our return from a late night in Nashville! We appreciate it!

Accurate description.

The gate was a little tricky going in & out, but overall very pleased with our 1 night stay. Will use again for sure.

Quiet and Super Friendly!

This was a wonderful place the stay! The cabin is beautiful and well kept up with. It was well made and the furniture is nice. Everything is clean and comfortable! When we arrived everything was laid out beautifully for us. Linens were folded and the dishes were clean. Toilet paper and towels were stocked. Everything was ready to go for us and all we had to do was bring our clothes and ourselves in! The area is quiet and we felt safe the entire time. It is in a quiet neighborhood with not much activity. We were out pretty much all day, but if you were to spend time in the cabin just to relax it is a great place for that too! You're close by to anything you may need or to get out and explore. Dale was a wonderful host! He was ready to greet us minutes after we arrived and were unpacking the car. Very very friendly and willing to help us if we needed anything! He is very easy going. He even left us extra toilet paper and towels a few days into our stay. I would recommend a stay here to anyone looking into staying in a quiet cabin not too far from Nashville or even just to relax!

My name is Dale, Hi! I was borned and raised in the area of Nashville. I live in Greenbrier were we have the cabin/guest house on our property. I worked at Lee Company for 25 years in the commercial and industrial HVAC field. I am semi retired but still run a few service calls on my own. I live here with my wife Karen and sons Alek and Daniel. We have been here in Greenbrier for 10 years and are active in our community. So we know all the coffee shops and great places to eat.

Greenbrier is a great location that is just 25 mins from Nashville, if you come for the music of Nashville but don't want the hassle of getting around in the city, we are perfect! The Opry Mills Mall is a great place to shop or visit and see the Grand Ole Opry. From Greenbrier it's a 25 min. drive without the traffic jams that Nashville has become known for. Or if you want to go to Kentucky Downs for the horse races or to one of the casinos we are only 30 minutes away, again no traffic jams. We're just north of Nashville, Tn. and just south of Franklin Ky. and everything in between. But far enough away to get reenergized for the next adventure.

Just two blocks from the Square, City Hall, Police and Fire Dept. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We are close by and will help with any questions or needs you have, but will respect your privacy and not be around unless you need us.
