Conveniently located in a water-access community on the private side of Lake Anna, just a short walk from the water, this secluded and peaceful home with a private pool and a one-acre level yard has everything you need to enjoy your Virginia getaway. Use the boat launch to take your boat out onto the lake! When you feel like staying close to home base, cozy up on the screened porch or lounge by the pool, curling up with a great vacation read while the kids splash around. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and a bin full floaties! The pool house has a screened porch, bar, fridge, bathroom, and outdoor shower to enjoy. The large side deck connecting to the pool includes an outdoor dining table, and a gazebo for enjoying your time outdoors with your group.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming and wonderfully updated interior with lots of natural light. Living room furniture that is perfect for hosting a movie night or a Netflix marathon on the smart TV. The open floor plan is excellent for conversing and having fun with your group. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the custom-built full kitchen, complete with granite, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, sound dock, new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, and windows to watch into the game room or pool. Everyone will love challenging each other in the game room, which boasts a granite, custom-built two-level bar, dartboard, foosball table, and a 180-degree view of the pool and backyard. High-speed fiber optic internet adds convenience during your stay.

The kids will love bunking down together in the room with a bunk bed. Spend time in the yard playing cornhole or ring toss, trying the ninja course or tree swing, barbecuing, telling stories around the new firepit, and watching the stars come out along the night sky in the expansive open yard or from the deck. As the center of gold mining at the turn of the century, there are many historical landmarks to tour, local eateries to discover, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions nearby to explore. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
