Cozy and Comfy with Lake Access

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located in a peaceful and isolated environment. This is the perfect place for the avid fisherman, because it has a boat slip just minutes from the home. The home has been completely renovated and updated.
The space
This is a cozy 1650 square foot cabin like home with beautiful views of the wooded trees. On over an acre and a half of landscaping.
The interior has 2 floors of newly laid hardwood floors, there are 4 decorative bedrooms that contain brand new everything, even down to the mattresses on each bed. Each containing televisions for your private viewing pleasure.
Why go out to do laundrywhen you have use of you own spacious laundry facility right in the home !
The home is well appointed with all of the amenities of home. So why not make yourself at home ?

Cozy and Comfy welcomes you to enjoy the entire home inside and outside.
This is a chefs dream to have use of this totally remodeled kitchen, all brand new including the stainless steel appliances. How about a good sporting event or a great movie on one of 6 television sets, one in each of 4 bedrooms. Enjoy some quiet time strolling through the treed like park on over an acre of beautiful landscaping. There are 2-1/2 bathrooms to use to get ready for a night on the town. Plenty of space outside for children to enjoy playing games such as corn hole or chase.
Oh if you just want to take some time for a little R and R , well you have 4 comfortable bedrooms and the beautiful sectional / sleeper to stretch out on.
How about getting some work done, we'll we did not overlook the need for you to have your own designated space to close a deal.
Now for the avid fisherman just a few minutes up the road is a boat slip waiting for you to dock your boat and maybe you want to see if the fish are bitting. After all of the hard work and you want to relax well there is always the hot tub waiting on the screened in porch.
Have a wonderful time, no matter what makes you happy you have chosen the perfect vacation spot that captures it all.

In order to have a great time just relax and leave the pressures of life at home. You deserve this time in the very tranquil settings that this vacation rental offers and the beauty of Lake Anna.....

Promptly responsive host, clean, comfortable

Although this cabin could use a few more amenities, it was overall a fine stay and accommodated five adults easily. It is a good value for the price.

Nice layout and very comfortable couch! Spacious yard for activities, great access to the lake just down the road. Host had great communication regarding what we needed to know and was quick to respond. Worked great for our Bachelorette party of 7.

The house was spacious and fit 9 of us perfect and the location to the lake and the boat slip was not far maybe a half mile! The beach area at the boat slip was also nice for the kids to play when returning from a few hours cruising around the lake! Had a bit of a mix up with the gate key to access the boat slip, but Gregory was super helpful and got it all worked out for us during our stay! Sheets and towels were provided which was a nice accommodation!

Fun getaway and perfect for kids

We had a terrific time at this lake house - a short walk or a very short drive to the water, and an amazing backyard with a grill for having fun right at the house! We stayed with our young kids and a couple of friends, and can't wait to come back. The property manager was extremely responsive when we had questions or needed assistance - great experience all around!

Amazing Experience and Lake House

Such a beautiful home with a wonderful host. Checking in was such a smooth process and the host was very communicative throughout the whole stay. The Hot Tub the home was clean and everything worked as it should . Great/friendly neighborhood with the lake a short 7 minute walk (1 minute drive) from the home. We ended our stay with a campfire and will definitely look to book this home again if we can. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking to make great and lasting memories.

Renovated with brand new furnishings, games, hot tubs .. kids along with adults had a gala time .. the host was extremely caring and ensured that we have an amazing experience.. location convenient for anyone who wants to tour whole of Virginia .. highly recommended..

Lake Anna Trip

Very nice house with everything we needed. We didnā€™t use the hot tub because I think it needs a good cleaning but it was so humid outside we didnā€™t even want to get in it The host was extremely nice and answered my call when we had a question. I would definitely recommend this house

Lake Access

Our group of six had a great stay at Gregā€™s property! The property is well appointed and quiet. Our group noted how comfortable the beds/bedding were - we all had great nights of sleep. We had access to the community marina and in-water slip. The boat ramp was in very good condition. The slip is a bit tight, but it accommodated our 21ā€™ center console. We look forward to staying again!

Nice walk to the Lake

We stayed at the property while attending a family member's party at another lake house. The beds are comfy as was the living room. The bedrooms could use a chair for belongings. The owner was super to work with (very responsive and super quickly) as the hot tub was not working properly which was a bummer and there were ants in the kitchen. Check in about the hot tub before you book if you are hoping to use it!

Great stay near beautiful Lake Anna!

We stayed here for a family baby shower at my sonā€™s house in Bumpass. Great house for the 6 of us. Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. Love the screened in porch on the side. Felt like we were in a mountain cabin. Lots of privacy and great backyard if you have kids. If we had been here longer we certainly would have taken advantage of the nice fire pit and chairs outside. Gregory was a great host and checked on us after check in to make sure every was satisfactory! Very responsive when I had a question. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Nice Home with Good Amenities

The house was perfect for our getaway! The screened-in hot tub with the outdoor TV was especially nice, especially during afternoon thunderstorms. There was even a propane grill with a full toolkit, which was a pleasant surprise that made grilling a fun option to have. My single piece of criticism is that the number of dishes was a little lower than the number of people the house could accommodate (ex. only 4 coffee cups). Overall very pleased with the house, its cleanliness, and location!

House itself was great, plenty of space, well kept, clean, close to the lake. No complaints there. We had an issue with the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we booked the place. The issue wasnā€™t ever fully resolved. When we arrived Friday, we turned the hot tub on, it didnā€™t go above 85 degree overnight and kept turning off. I did reach out to Gregory Saturday morning, who responded quickly. He mentioned the normal maintenance company wasnā€™t available and he would try to get someone else out. We spent the day at the lake and when we returned, the temperature had gone up a few degrees. Sunday afternoon, it finally reached almost 100. Unfortunately, when we got in, we noticed black stuff floating and stuck to sides. Originally believed it may have been mold, but suspect it was black styrofoam padding from the backrests. It was not a pleasant either way so we got out.

Lake getaway

Beautiful house, well equipped, even supplied beach towels! Had a boat dock and nice swimming area. Home owner was very nice and even granted us an early check-in, but he didnā€™t pass that info along to his housekeeper so she was still cleaning when we arrived. Owner also didnā€™t give any details prior to check-in except for the door code. We were really looking forward to coming back to the house after a full day on the lake and jumping into the hot tub (one of the reasons we picked this property), but the water level was very low and it had to be refilled and never reached 100 degrees until check-out day and it was slimy šŸ˜”. It needs to be emptied, sanitized and refilled. Internet was great during the day but at night none of the bedroom TVā€™s could stream. We still enjoyed our trip.

Great gem off the lake

My girlfriends and I had a great stay for a few days this week! There were a few quirks that Iā€™ll list below that can hopefully be fixed, but it was spacious, clean, centrally located, and overall we had a great time! Some quirks: -Both the code to get into the house, as well as the boat slip code or off by one number from what was communicated from owner -No checkout instructions given -Hot tub turned on but never got hot -Kitchen is nicely renovated (and he had coffee, filters, and some water there, all of which were appreciated!) but there was not any baking pans or measuring cups, which would have been helpful to know so we could have brought them -We woke up to ants on the kitchen counter the first morning but it had been raining a lot so we put Comet out and removed all food from the counter -There is a fire pit in the backyard, which I did not remember seeing listed but would have brought materials for sā€™mores if I would have known! -WiFi works, but is a weak/slow signal Owner was a great communicator and everyone slept well and are looking forward to coming back next summer!
