Located just 20min from Puerto Vallarta Int. Airport, this beautiful 4 story townhouse is 5 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta's beach, shopping and dining options in the romantic zone.
With 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, elevator and two half baths, a modern kitchen, a spacious living room leading out to a gorgeous terrace offering unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, a private roof garden with a heated pool with even more spectacular views, a private elevator and year round access to the building's amenities - pool, gym and views, townhouse 1 is just the ticket for those looking for some rest and relax, just a few steps from the action.
At townhouse 1 guests will find amenities such as TV, excellent Wi-Fi, and washer / dryer access. For your comfort, every room is equipped with remote controlled air conditioning units.
The house has been recently renovated and fitted with luxury finishings to provide a truly relaxing environment for our guests. Marble, granite, wood, wrought iron and cantera stone have been used extensively throughout.

Great views, clean rooms, and excellent interior design. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable too. Noise did not travel in the place which provided comfort and security. The pool was at a consistent and adequate temperature.However, we were required to wear wristbands to access the booking everyday which was an irritant. Plus, a few necessary items like handtowels and dish soap were not provided upon arrival. We were also expected to do cleaning even though we were charged a cleaning fee.

Birthday bash in paradise

We celebrated a birthday in style at this stunning PVR villa! The private pool was a hit with friends, and the cozy accommodations were perfect for relaxation. The view? Absolutely breathtaking! But the real showstopper was the elevator - who knew luxury could be so convenient? Highly recommend for a memorable getaway.

Great stay

Beautiful place, clean, modern, comfortable, great views. Conveniently located close to everything we needed. All amenities were extraordinary. Will definitely visit again and stay in this same place if available.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The space was incredibly accommodating, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. The layout provided plenty of room, making it perfect for our group. Communication with the host was easy and seamless, adding to the overall great experience. We highly recommend this place!

Incredible view, the photos don't do it justice. This unit is 5 floors, but there is a private elevator. We had some issues with the wifi and the hot water heater but everything else worked well and our accomodations were met well. Great communication with Mathew on VRBO and Patrick in person and via text. The property has 24/7 concierge and security and they are very accommodating. On a steep hill, so be prepared to walk or pay for the Uber (3 USD) to the Zona Romantica. Overall, great property, nice amenities and helpful staff.

Beautiful Place and Perfect for Friends/Family

Place had amazing views and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool and water fountain have the rooftop a spa like feel and was perfect to hang out on the sunny evenings. The neighborhood was a perfect mix of old and new, with the winding roads and old houses, yet surprising new restaurants hidden in the mix offering the perfect dining views and yet within walking distance of all that the romantica zone had to offer.Relatively easy to get an uber or cab back up the hill as well if we didn’t feel like walking back.All in all, was a great place to stay for rhe week! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

A group of friends came to celebrate a birthday weekend and the property was lovely. The views and accommodations were perfect. We had a chef prepare us a meal one day and they had everything they needed in the kitchen. The rooms were fantastic as were the common areas shared by other units. Would stay again

Beautiful stay, amazing property manager, 10/10!

This place is a perfect slice of heaven. The place were clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being close to the romantic zone while also having a killer view of the ocean. Patrick was amazing and a great communicator. 10/10 would come back here!! Thank you!

The house is gorgeous. The pool and views are stunning. A few easily fixable issues made our stay stressful at times. 1) towels in every room were heavily stained and old/frayed. They were replaced right away when I complained which was good. 2) the property manager lives 45 min away. We had a couple other electrical issues that I reported. He told us the maintenance guy was off for the weekend and he wouldn’t know how to fix it. So we ended up having to troubleshoot it ourselves. 3) the WiFi went out and there is no cell signal in the building. We had to constantly reach out to the property manager to get any sort of status. Turns out the internet company couldn’t come for a couple days so our last 2 days were without WiFi which isn’t the end of the world. Just wish there would have been better communication so we weren’t in the dark. 4) this was the worse part to me. When I reported these issues to the owner and suggested the property manager could have done a better job, he basically blew me off and tried to justify the behaviors. It made us feel like our concerns didn’t matter and that if we weren’t satisfied we should stay somewhere else (what they actually said on the very first day). All in all, the property was very nice and we had a great time because at the end of the day it was PV. But would I ever stay here again? Absolutely not.

For my 40th

The house is excellent; great location and size. The private and community pool are both excellent. The bedrooms and space made everyone happy. We had a chef for most mornings and that was helpful to get the day started. Manager was always communicative and excellent.

Amazing property!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for an extended weekend. The condo was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for our group of friends to spread out when needed, but also be together. The rooftop pool is luxurious and was definitely one of the highlights of the place. The communication of the property manager was stellar, I highly recommend that you check this property out if you’re staying in the area. The views are unreal and you will see the most beautiful sunsets.

Four Nights in PV

The stay was overall good! The house is in a great location and we were able to walk or take a quick (cheap) Uber to most places. The house was nicely furnished and clean. There were a couple of issues with the house - two rooms where the AC was not working efficiently, the shades in the living room could not be lowered, and one of the bedroom doors could not be locked.

Family Vacation

The townhouse was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for 9 people. Everyone had their own space and the private pool was amazing. Patrick the property manager was great to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. The building is high on the hill giving you the best views of PV and the sunsets. There are some great restaurants on the hill and about a 10 minute walk down the hill/steps to town. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling with a large group.

Beautiful Hideaway in Puerto Vallarta

This place in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely gorgeous! It felt super luxurious, and I loved my stay. The location on a hill meant walking everywhere wasn't always easy, but rideshares were super affordable - like $3 each way! There were just a couple of minor things that needed attention, like the TV and the shade in the living room. Overall, though, it was fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it! 5 stars for this PV haven!

Large and comfortable with great views

Our large group was very comfortable here. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom attached, which is great. Interesting setup, the property spans five floors with bedrooms on the first four and a private pool on the fifth. Open, large kitchen and living space on the third floor. Balconies and views are gorgeous from floor 3 up. Highly recommended.

The house is great - photos are accurate. 1. The house manager had not turned on the AC at all, and there was ZERO potable water upon arrival as with previous experiences.2. There was no hot water for a day, and the AC in one of the rooms was busted. They required my guests to carry a portable unit up the stairs when the elevator was also out.3. The house manager was not a big help in any of these instances and commented that we were not turning on the hot water correctly and were putting too much in the elevator (neither is true).4. And even though we paid a cleaning fee, the cleaners who arrived early asked for an additional tip, which the house manager never mentioned.Overall, we had to ask a lot of questions I wouldn’t expect to need to ask, and the house manager was rather dismissive of some basic issues.

We would like to clarify the facts regarding this stay. The guests were allowed to check in several hours earlier than the official check-in time as a courtesy. Regarding the air conditioner, the issue was addressed immediately by sending an emergency technician. We requested access to the property multiple times and received no response, which delayed the repair. Once entry was finally granted, the system was serviced, recharged, and fully restored. A portable AC unit was also provided as an additional courtesy. During the stay, the property was repeatedly found with all doors left open, causing the breakers to trip due to improper use of the AC units. The property manager had to visit several times to resolve these issues. It was also confirmed that the water heater pilot had been turned off, which is why there was no hot water. This was only reported a day later, and it was fixed immediately after receiving the message. Regarding the mentioned payment, our team member simply tried to assist as best as she could, as she does not speak English. The guest chose to leave 300 MXN because they would not be using pesos upon returning to the United States. Throughout the entire stay, we maintained constant communication and addressed every request promptly. Several statements made in the review do not accurately reflect what occurred. Even so, we remain committed to providing responsible, transparent, and attentive service to all our guests

Vacation in the hills of Puerto Vallarta

This is a large well maintained condo in a well maintained and well staffed building located in the hills above the Romantic Zone of PV. Everything was there that you needed and the small wading pool on the rooftop with BarBQue made for a great spot for drinks and outside dinner with spectacular views of Banderas Bay. The only issue for older people is the walk into the downtown. The road is steep in spots with many stairs. We always taxied back up to the unit. Other than that it was a great time for all. Our host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. An overall very positive thumbs up for this wuiet prooerty.

Excellent stay at an even better property

We had an incredible stay at this property. From booking, through check out, the communication was prompt and efficient from the unit owner and property manager. Check-in was a breeze; could not have been easier. The unit itself was immaculate. New finishings throughout. Everything was very clean and modern. WiFi and tv systems worked flawlessly. The view from the pool is a sight to behold. I’d be hard pressed to find a better view in PV. Building was secure and the doormen were very friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I could not recommend this unit more. I would definitely return if I am ever back in PV.

The house is 15 min walking from mantmar beach club and not 1 min. Most taxi drivers takes like 6-8$ to go there: There are not even one restaurant or grocery store within 10 min walking: the house itself is luxury but very bad maintained . tge servuce was very bad as well, the manager spoke very brutly and not nice to us. We had good time 9 friends there because of the group. Most rooms had light or noise that difficult to sleep in. Missing basic items like no soap no shampoo lack of towels. Before arrival very bad response rate to messages.
