This beautiful home offers a rustic atmosphere perfect for your vacation in Winter Park. Private balcony w/beautiful views of the surrounding forest,.. Cozy up on the couch to watch a movie with the wood-burning fireplace going.. (we do not provide wood for fireplace - just FYI)

Please do not be discouraged from booking this property due to the lack of reviews. The property is new to our company. Suggest that you read some of the reviews from our other properties, hope that makes you feel more comfortable to stay with us.

In upper level you will find a loft with queen bed and a full bathroom. Main level you have a full kitchen with all the appliances that you need for a great meal. Dining table to enjoy your meal with family and a beautiful living room with wood fire place to enjoy during the winter, you also have a TV and balcony. Lower level with 2 bedrooms each with en- suite bathroom, first room you will find two twin beds and second bedroom you have a queen bed. Unit also offers washer / dryer set up.

This home is conveniently located just off Main Street and right next to a bus stop, giving you easy access to downtown Winter Park with all of its restaurants and sports shops. The main attraction, Winter Park Resort, is only a four-mile drive for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy in the winter and for hikers to enjoy in the summer. Fraser is the closest town to Winter Park and is just a three-mile drive from the condo.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort is only 4.8 miles away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are 1 mile at Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store at Fraser is just 2.9 miles away.

Convenient, spacious, and great management team!It was perfect for a girls getaway and the property management team made sure the process was as seemless as possible. Shuttle to Winter Park Resort was very easy to get to and we can’t wait to return again!

Wonderful unit

Our stay was great. With a some exceptions. 2 outdoor chairs were broken, the tv in the downstairs bedroom didnt work, the commode in the front downstairs bedroom has a very slow flush, and it was very HOT upstairs and very COLD downstairs. Overall we would stay again.

A perfect place for our group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The owners were very easy to communicate with! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was only a 10 min drive to the lifts. We would definitely stay again

Winter Park Condo stay

Facility was fine. Everything was good. Location is really required a car to constantly go out on the town if you don’t feel like walking back uphill to go back to the condo. Aside from that everything else was great.

Nice townhome tucked in nature !

Lovely fireplace ! All essentials needed to cook Your own meals ! Moose in the front yard and a Fox in the back. Close to Winter Park Ski mountain ( 6 minute drive ). Close to restaurants and shops but still in nature !

Annual ski trip

Overall accommodations were great. They might want to fix outlets. They are very loose. Bathroom window wouldn’t shut but luckily my son does carpentry work and managed to fix it so we could close it,

Colorado at Christmas

The property was in a great location and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We loved the heated floors, and having humidifiers in every bedroom was a big plus in the dry, cold air. The unit could use some updates but it was very clean. The only negative I have is that all the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We try to encourage our owners to get mattresses that are more in the middle in hope to cater to majority of our guests. A Woodsy Feel

Property is in a wooded area, not in the middle of a town. We liked that! Only real complaint is the mattresses, all of them need to be replaced. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Check in was a breeze!

Loved it!

Great proximity to everything in town! Shuttle bus to the slopes and town at the end of the driveway was great. Loved the real wood burning fireplace. Upstairs loft gets hot - slept with bathroom window open and it was perfect temp. Everything was great - only suggestion is to have some basic condiments in the pantry and/or fridge for cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four arrived right before Christmas 2023 and enjoyed our stay. The property was clean with ample space for everyone. Bedding was comfortable, clean and warm enough for 11 degree nights. The location is private and quiet. It is also close to resorts, shopping, dining, the bus line, and various outdoor activities. The only thing I would suggest to future guests is that you need to plan on bringing everything you think you might need. Examples: Salt for humidifiers, lighter for fireplace, pens and paper if you plan to write a note or sign a postcard, etc.

Not a hassle free experience. Good but not flawless.

Two out of our three nights we had hot water issues(meaning there was none.) They were responsive but it was an inconvenience with a family of five after skiing all day. There was also a malfunction with the carbon monoxide detector (which they fixed.) again not the end of the world but not hiccup free. The property manager declined any compensation.

We are very sorry for the issues with the hot water heater / boiler. It is not something that we envisioned and did everything we could to get things going as soon as it was brought to our attention. New boiler has been purchased and should (if all goes as planned) be installed mid January 2023 I fully acknowledge that guests had 2 days where she was without hot water for 1 to 1.5 hours, and that the Co2 sensors also went off. We immediately replaced the Co2 sensor. Guests asked us to extend her stay with 1 more day, but unfortunately were not able to offer such arrangements as property was already booked to someone else

Disappointed

The reason we picked this property is because of the location to Winter Park Resort which was a perk. However, we had a lot of problems with this property. The driveway is a major hazard when the conditions are snowing and icy. It was not plowed properly, and several people got stuck driving in the driveway. I complained about the driveway and was told it was an HOA problem. Parking was also a problem to this property. There was 4 parking spots and about 7 cars parked. We had one car parked in the way of our sidewalk to the property that made it really difficult to move luggage and persons around. The entryway was very icy. The ceiling to the loft bathroom leaked. The downstairs shower had rust coming out of the wall. Lighting was old and dreary. Property was very outdated. The dining room table chairs were very wobbly and not sturdy. The front door keypad battery went dead on us and we had to stand in the cold until we got a hold of management to give us access to a key. Overall, we were not very happy with our stay at this property.

Thanks for taking your time to write about your experience. We did reach out to the HOA about your complaint about the driveway. Have had over 20 reservations staying at this property this Winter alone, and this is the first time we had anyone having the issues that you had with the entry to the complex. FYI: It is highly recommended not to drive in our area without proper tires on your vehicle. Despite the stairs to the property is also an HOA responsibility, we sent a staffer out to shovel and put on some ice melt right away. The issue with the leak in the ceiling was due to too much water splashing outside of the shower/tub. We installed a splashguard and since we did not hear from you since, I assume that this issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, yes - sometimes electronics needs new batteries, and I am sorry that the entry keypad ran out of "juice" while you were there. We did pick up the phone immediately when you called with the entry issue, and you - immediately - got directed to our back up solution (the lock box sitting next to the entry door) Your problem regarding entry to the property was solved within 1-2 minutes, but I get it - you were out in the cold for a few minutes while we got this resolved - and it was not ideal. We will look at the dining chairs and see if it can be fixed ...or if the chairs needs replacement. Sorry that you feel disappointed. We work hard on making everyone feeling welcome and we always do our best to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible, but I guess we can't win every time.
