Spacious Cabin Retreat, Private Hot Tub, Sleeps 10

Beautiful, peaceful, custom designed and built cabin on a wooded 1.5 acres lot. We are 1 1/2 miles from a boat launch. About 20 min outside of Florence.

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom open floor plan. There is a large master suite and one additional bedroom and bathroom on first level and two other bedrooms and full bathroom on second level. There is an inviting porch to enjoy with a hot tub to relax at the end of the day.

Our kitchen is stocked with all the cookware for making a nice homemade meal. We also provide a coffee maker. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.

We are available over text, phone, or messaging through the app.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
