Spacious modern home with private arcade pool & spa

Modern 7BD/5BTH home that sleeps 14 with a private pool, game room that would rival a commercial arcade, and access to a beautiful community clubhouse/lazy river (for an additional fee). The home is located just 12 miles from Disney. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, well furnished kitchen, TVs and beyond to ensure an at home feel. The pool is surrounded by mature landscaping to ensure added privacy. Access to a pool/spa heat at an additional cost.

The space
This large 2 story, 7 bedroom private home is located in Solterra Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse, water slide and lazy river.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing).
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 84 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient temperature. Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services you wish you have during your stay.

Enjoy access to two living areas that include sectional sofas, and flat screen TVs .

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer and microwave. You'll have access to coffee makers, various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! We enjoyed daily the pool/hot tub and the arcade room. Plenty of space for everyone to have some downtime and their own areas to relax. Brent did a great job communicating with us and helping to fix some minor issues that arose. We look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful Stay!

The children and adults will love the arcade area and pool. No one got in anyone's way. We had minor issues that were fixed right away. But we enjoyed our stay!

Birthday Trip

My family and I were very pleased with our stay from May 20th - 23rd. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the linens were clean, and the property was close to shopping centers. About 20 minutes away from SeaWorld and Disneyworld. The arcade room in the garage was awesome, just like the pictures listed. There were a few dead bugs found, but it wasn't a bad experience at all. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. The host was polite and responded to messages at a reasonable timeframe.

Fun stay

Pros: Game room was great, pool, hot tub, very cleanCons: bannister broken going upstairs (not safe for the little ones); bed very hard (at least the one downstairs).I was disappointed for the amount of money spent and there wasn't anything 'extra', like sugar. I paid the same amount of money for 3 nights here as 7 nights in Lake Pannasoffkkee. I know a lot of that is location, but the other house felt like a home, where this was more of a 'hotel' without even the extra that a hotel has (like enough sugar, dry creamer, and coffee for 2 cups). As much as there was a lot of directions for things, there wasn't good instructions for using the hot tub that I paid extra for. The alarm for the pool to go outside, worked on one side, but not the other. The communication was excellent.

My 15 year old son birthday

It was a great experience. Just alittle dislikes. Dirty socks in drawl one of TVs not working and I didn’t like how a extra fee has to be paid for grill n spa. I’ve maker didn’t work . But overall we had a good time.

absolutely loved this place and extremely impressed

we've stayed at several vacations houses in the past and i have to say that this is probably my favorite for Orlando. The entire house was clean and functioned well. wifi was good which was much needed for remote work. we took 6 teenaged boys for their music performance and this place kept them entertained during their downtime. Between the arcade games, pool and well heated spa and besides the clubhouse, they were kept busy and entertained. Absolutely loved how fast responses were as well. Our only issue had nothing to do with the house but rather vacationing neighbors who werent respectful of the rules and were obnoxiously loud until 2am. The kids were the ones who actually complained about being kept up which would have been funny since you would think that usually that it's the other way around. loved also that there's plenty of towels, kitchenware and a much needed nice broom and dustpan to sweep after everyone. we cannot give enough compliments to the owners and the community. i was actually surpised by the good security and much prefer this over championsgate rentals for the future! thank you for such an awesome stay!!

Previous damage

My stay went very well but there were a few things with the house that was previously damaged like the stair way rail was disconnected from the wall and one of the pillar on the other side of the stairs was broken and there was a broken bar stool and one of the games in the game room didn’t work (bowling) There was no extra tissue or paper towels and not enough trash bags. In the master suit there was a dirty nasty disgusting pair of crusty women’s underwear under the ottoman. All of these issues I addressed with the owner and he seem to be very nonechalant about every thing I just wanted to be sure not to be charged extra for previous damage which I wasn’t. Over all this was a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. I’d give it 3 stars

Great property close to Disney

We were able to move into this property quickly after the 1st vrbo property we booked ended up being a nightmare. The owners of this property were so kind and accommodating. Communication overall was fantastic. Community is gated and guarded so very secure. 15 minutes to Disney and 30 to Universal. Quiet and relaxing community. The house is huge and anything we could possibly need was there - ie pool toys, blender, fans. The property was very clean. The game room is epic my kids were so happy. Pool heat was great and the shower /water pressure at this property was so amazing. Im sad just thinking about not having this at home tomorrow. The beds varied from firm to soft so something for everyone’s needs. Pillows were thin/flat so bring your own if you prefer something more fluffy. This is a great and large property but the pool area isn’t large - 3 loungers and a 4 seat patio set. It was fine for our family of 4 but might not meet the needs of a larger crowd. The pool itself was a good size. The property is starting to show some age and use in terms of the upstairs carpet but nothing that was any problem. There is one full bathroom downstairs and 1 bedroom. The steps to 2nd floor are steep so not ideal for folks with mobility issues. The internet was pretty terrible on the House network and my own tmobile router which I did bring. We were mostly at the parks so not that big of a deal. I was disappointed I couldn’t work remotely in the am however. They area is still being developed around this community so hopefully network locally will improve soon as the area grows. We had a great stay and would absolutely book this property again.
