Details: Enjoy the stunning natural beauty of Cape San Blas at this stylish four-level 4-bedroom, 4-bath home that can accommodate 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.

The living area and the kitchen are located on the third floor of the home. Here you’ll find a very well-quipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining table—with seating for 10—is located just off the kitchen.

The well-appointed living room is located adjacent to the dining area. It comes replete with 2 leather sofas, an armchair, and a large flatscreen Smart TV.

There is an expansive deck with Adirondack chairs and amazing views of the Gulf that can be accessed off the living area. This is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening!

The lower level of the home features a game room with access to the private pool, which can be heated for an additional charge of $55/day from October 1st-May 1st. Here you’ll find plenty of lounge chairs to relax in, as well as a fire-pit and a Charcoal grill for preparing meals al fresco. There is also a full bath off the pool area.

After a day lounging by the pool, guests can get some rest in one of four bedrooms:

The primary bedroom is located on the 4th floor of the home. It features a king-sized bed, a flatscreen Smart TV, and access to a deck with spectacular water views, as well as outdoor seating. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is another king-sized bedroom on the second floor, which boasts a flatscreen Smart TV, access to a deck, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub.

The second bedroom on the second floor features a queen-sized bed with access to a deck, a flatscreen Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over tub.

There is a bunk room located on the second floor, which is ideal for the children in your group. It comes replete with two sets of built in twin bunks and shares the bathroom with the queen-bedroom.
