Casa Jan Sofat is your perfect holiday home. A spacious (on two plots) and modern upscale villa in a secure residential area on Curaçao, with all the amenities a family or group can wish for, and private access.

The villa is a two story home designed by a well-known local architect, with newly renovated modern rooms and bathrooms. It has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, a TV-room and an office. The view from the living room and terrace is stunning, during the day and at night. Lush tropical gardens surround the villa and the separate large pool area and pool house; fully equipped with outdoor kitchen, Green Egg BBQ, fussball and pool tables, luxurious lounge chairs and Tuuci umbrellas. The property also has a full artificial turf soccer field and basketball stand.

The residential area of Jan Sofat is known as one of high-end, quiet neighborhoods on the island, and is located in the vicinity of the touristic area of Jan Thiel where you’ll find Jan Thiel Beach, several restaurants, bars and watersport options. The well known area of Mambo Beach, with its beach clubs and shops is only 15 minutes by car away.
