NEW: Since April 2017, a completely renovated bathroom invites you to feel good!
Located in the heart of Grömitz, you can reach the shops, banks, pharmacy and doctors as well as the good Grömitz gastronomy and of course the beach, promenade, pier and seawater swimming pool within a maximum of 500 meters from the Haus am Kurpark.
Directly adjacent to the beautiful spa park, with private access, your holiday rest is right on your doorstep.
All apartments are comfortably furnished and give you a cozy holiday home when you return from a long day at the beach or from excursions in the beautiful Baltic Sea region.
Enjoy your best time of the year in our house at the Kurpark and be our guests, we look forward to seeing you!

Our apartment "Strandgut" is a 2-room apartment with about 50 m², ideal for a family of 4 and located in the 1st. OG of the house.
The living room with dining area and the practical double beds is a place for comfort and convivial hours. Enjoy the view of the garden and the adjoining spa park from the breakfast table in the light-flooded room. A large south-facing balcony is directly in front of it. The comfortable sitting area, armchairs and flat screen invite you to laze while next door in the separate kitchen the dinner is prepared.
Even the bedroom with two separate or put together beds has its own balcony which opens to the green oasis of the place, the spa gardens with its small lake.
From the hallway you get directly into the daylight shower room and in the separate toilet.
The apartment has a parking space on the property. For brought bikes or carts there is a shared parking space. In the basement you have the possibility to wash and dry laundry for a fee. The garden offers a beautiful view of the park and invites all guests of the house to linger. The large, great playground right in the spa park next door is the big hit with all the little guests.
