Oceanview PCB Condo - Walk To The Beach - The Sea Shed
Nestled between a private lake and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is a great place to be. It resides in the heart of Panama City Beach. The best shopping, entertainment, and dining are all around. Access to five swimming pools, two hot tubs, putting green, fitness room and ocean across the street. There is the Wharf Seafood Buffet, the Candy Maker ice cream/candy store, Salon, Juan Taco, Lu Lu's sports bar, and 810 Billiards & Bowlling.
Parking on the 6th floor of the North Parking garage will make loading and unloading easy. There is no need to use the stairs or elevator. Covered parking garage for two vehicles.
During spring break, we only accept guests 21+, with established VRBO profiles and positive reviews.
The maximum capacity for this unit is 10 guests. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OLD. Per Panama City Beach fire codes. We cannot exceed 10 guests’ period.

This place is a perfect spot. Its close to everything and easy to get to. The host is absolutely great with their communication and the setup of the room.

Adult friends trip
Unit is very spacious and roomy. Patio was wonderdul with plenty of seating for a large group. Lots of extras like the beach chaira, the beach towels and cart all came in handy. Annette was wonderful and gave us insight on restaurants before hand. Juan Taco was so good! We hope to be back!

Great stay. Owner was the best. She communicated with us throughout the whole stay. Letting us know what was there so we didn’t have to pack extra stuff. Giving tips on several things. The best experience I have ever had renting a condo in Panama

Best stay ever!
Ms. Annette was EVERYTHING! I will definitely contact her anytime I need to stay in Panama. I had absolutely no problem with communicating with her. She kept me up to date and informed me of everything I needed to know. Her property was CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL! The location was near a lot of attractions. Please please please book. I promise you won’t regret it. Oh, you can sit on your balcony and enjoy the sight of the beach.

This place was perfect for our family.
The pictures are quite accurate of the property. It was very clean and very well stocked with beach accessories. Instructions are provided to you both in email and very well laid out in a binder in the condo. There are several pools and a putting course. There are multiple food options on the property. It's quite convenient. Host was gracious and provided tips and suggestions that were very helpful.
My only gripe is the extra costs you have to pay to the condo, which is not listed, but also out of control of the host. It just may have been a shock to me, as this is the first time staying in a Condo. I usually book stand alone houses.

Light bulbs not working in bathroom
Lighting in home is dim need to increase wattage
Shower had mold and a small leak to floor area from tub or shower not sure
Toys for kids which is nice we’re filled with sand
Did not respect vrbo and federal law about service dogs
She threaten to charge us 1500 because we had a service dog which is hyper allergenic and 12 pounds
This place needs a deep cleaning and a face lift price was higher than other units owner seems more interested in price than quality

We are sorry you felt this way about The Sea Shed. The only bulbs out were 2 out of numerous bulbs in the main bath. The bulbs used are clear LED bright white. If you would have let us know, I would have replaced them within an hour. I sent my maintenance person to check about the leak. They could not find a leak and did see a small spot of mildew by the tub while they were there. They took care of the mildew in just a few minutes. They changed out the light bulbs as soon as they were notified. This unit has been totally remodeled with Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring (no carpet), upgraded stainless LG appliances, all new king size beds, a beautiful Murphy bed to replace the sofa bed. It also has upgraded living room furniture with 4 automatic recliners. It also has had all new ceiling fans and lights on separate switches. We replaced the kitchen faucet, and the garbage disposal withing the last year. This unit is by far one of the nicest units in the entire area.
As for the “service dog”, we are very apparent with our policy on animals. We do not allow any animals because of family members that use the units often that are highly allergic to any animal pet dander, even hypoallergenic animals. You were made aware of this policy and still decided to stay. The July 4th week is the highest priced week of the year in almost every condo in Panama City Beach, and there are very few available.
We are very attentive to our clients and hope that you continue to enjoy our lovely area in the future.

After years of renting places from other owners, we feel like we have learned many secrets to making your vacation the best that it can be. Our units are spacious, conveniently located, modernized, and great parking with easy access from the garage without having to wait on an elevator. We have great restaurants onsite with more just steps away. Our balcony views are spectacular, and with 5 pools and 2 hot tubs it is a great place for both children and adults. The beach, easily accessed through our private entrance, is powdery white and has all the activities that you can imagine. Come see why we have fallen in love with this area.

At the main pool, there is the Splash Bar for food and drinks, and 810 Billiards & Bowling. Across the street, is the world famous Pineapple Willies Restaurant, with everyones favorite frozen concoctions.
