Awesome design located in the heart of National Landing Virginia´s closest bordering neighborhood to Washington, D.C. The residence provides all the pleasures. Ideally suited for business executives. You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol and the Georgetown University. One Stop from Reagan National airport, 3 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops.

Rooftop Pool only opens from May-September.

Guest Access:
As our guest you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers:

• Gym;
• Communal Fireplace
• The rooftop Pool (only open from May-September. From Memorial Day to Labor Day) please note, 2 bands are provided per unit. $10 per extra band is charged.
• Paid parking is available (Parking is only available until 11:00 pm)
• Concierge: is 24/7 (Friday and Saturday). Every other day is from 7-11 pm (Check in time)

The Neighborhood:
Crystal Flats is anchored at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, you will be downtown in minutes.

Getting Around:
Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.

Other Things to Note:
Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which includes some basics products for the personal care and for cooking

Please note that there is some construction going on in the Crystal City area, which may generate some noise during the day and night. Thank you very much for your understanding!

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.

Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Location is wonderful

Location gets 5 stars+ Communication gets 5 stars + The amenties of the place get 3 stars. The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes and pots & pans. But somethings were missing, measuring cups, measuring spoons, wine opener, no dish or hand towel for the kitchen, just 1 small roll of very thin paper towels. The bedrooms did not have dressers. If the host believes no one uses a dresser to store their small items and only uses a suitcase, it would be nice to have a luggage rack so not have to put the suitcase on the floor. We were only given 1 bath towel per guest and only 1 hand towel per bathroom. The lighting in the living room/ dining room was not good. During the day the large windows brought in light, but at night it was very dark in the room. This could be a wonderful location if the host would add more kitchen items, more towels and paper products.

Amazing Place

Everything was perfect. I’ve never been to Virginia and only seen places like that on TV so to be able to stay and be part of that experience was amazing. Only thing I would say is that you can smell the animals is pretty strong when the place gets warm.

Crystal City Condo

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Crystal City. Condo was about a block from the metro station. The condo was found to be as listed and was perfect for our daughter and son-in-law and my wife and I to share. Plenty of space to unwind from our days of seeing the sights in DC. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was very comfortable and clean, so for that i would give it a great rating. What is bringing this review score down is for the property management, We Host Group. Before check in, the email that was sent stated that you needed to let them know prior to arrival that you would like the on premises parking, which we did. When my team arrived to checkin, the management said that they did not state that they would need parking. It was also not anywhere in the description that parking in the garage would not be available after 11pm. My team that was staying at the property were doing an overnight install so they would be returning in the middle of the night. We would have never booked this property had we known about the 11pm cut off for the parking garage. We emailed customer service regarding this issue and rather than try to help, they were more concerned with proving why they were right (which they weren't) we went back through where they said the information was regarding the parking and it said NOTHING regarding this. We also had an issue when calling the property management to see if we could extend our stay by one day due to the job taking longer. They said that the property was unfortunately booked so we would have to check out but did not offer to check any of their other properties or anything. Overall, not helpful customer service. Would not stay at one of their properties again.
