Enjoy a relaxing getaway at Greyson's Den, the perfect desert vacation destination! Spend your days exploring the beauty of Southern Utah with easy freeway access to Sand Hollow and Quail Lake reservoir. Come home to your home-away-from-home, enjoy challenging each other to a match on the Ping Pong Table, or relax in the private hot tub. Cook some delicious food on the grill or in the beautifully stocked kitchen. This vacation home is sure to be perfect for the whole family!

This newly built five-bedroom / 3.5-bath townhome can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests or 14 guests with two sleeping pads. Located right off of I-15, this home is in the perfect spot for day trips to one of the many National or State parks. Spend your days exploring the nearby hills or boating at the nearby lakes! Back at home, challenge each other to a ping pong tournament or grill up some burgers for the family. The main bedroom hosts a king bed, tv, and an ensuite bathroom. Off the entry, up the stairs, you'll find three more king bedrooms and a bunk room, all with smart TVs. Whether you adventure through the mountains, lounge by the pool, or stay home, this is the perfect place for you!

My third time staying at this Beautiful home in Utah! We are from California and st.George is always my go to getaway place! This home is perfect for our stay as it is always filled with amazing amenities and so close to many things to do! I will always book the Greysons den, iykyk. Clean and accommodating! It was exactly what we were needing!

The house was big enough to accommodate everyone that came with us. Everyone had their own king size bed. The house was super clean and the host was very nice and quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay again.

Great house in. Great location!

This house was great for our family vacation! New and clean. Loved the hot tub and fire pit area! Owners were great to work with! The pool was great as well! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for three couples 2 babies and 2 kids!

Memories were definitely made with my family! Stayed a whole week, this house had everything we needed from dish towel, pots and pans, laundry detergent, all streaming services, fun garage games, tubes for the community pool. So much fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back.

perfect getaway

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at paseos 1293. The house was very welcoming and cozy with everything and more that we could ask for. From taking a dip in the jacuzzi while enjoying the beautiful landscape Utah has to offer to the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, i will be coming back.. soon.

Great house for our large group

Plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms, and accessories. This house had everything we needed. It was close enough to Zion, Kolob, Kanab, Banff, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Las Vegas that we could do everything we wanted. The only, very minor complaint I have is the shower water pressure should be improved.

Amazing home, fantastic finishes, very comfortable

We loved staying in this home...great layout, perfect accommodations with 5 bedrooms, we actually even loved the 3 car garage and space for the kids to play games. Hot Tub was amazing, ultra clean and spacious. Location wise, you can't get any better. Easy freeway access and close to everything you need.

Everything and more!

This house is spotless and had every single thing we needed - plus more! The kitchen was equipped with every cooking tool, the hot tub overlooking the red rock mountains was incredible, the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the garage had a ping-pong table and epic basketball hoop shooting game! The location is close to the center of the community that has so much to offer. Everyone in our party was so pleased with our stay. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! This spacious, lovely house made our vacation easy, serene, and so much fun.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our family getaway. Paseos 1293 was super spacious and clean. The place was a great value for how large the house was and the amenities offered. We enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi. Our kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows each evening and taking a deep in the jacuzzi after our days exploring. Super close to the local lakes and only a 40min drive to Zion. We will definitely stay there again soon!

Great new place with access to the community center

Was clean, new and well stocked for everything we needed for a quick getaway! Not much for little kids (glass dishes, nice plates, etc.) but we brought our own and there were games to play.

What a perfect base for Southwest Utah!

We absolutely loved our visit at Paseos 1293 and couldn't have asked for a more perfect home! The location close to St George was ideal plus being 40 minutes away from Zion was perfect. The home is brand new and well appointed with everything you need for your stay with plenty of kitchen utensils, extra blankets & beds, plenty of space with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom with en-suite downstairs. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day of exploring and the backyard had the best view of the sunsets. We can't wait to return to this home and enjoy more of Utah!

First time to Utah

House was great! Only real issue was my daughter found a hair clip and hair in her bed but that could be easily fixed. Everything else was very clean. Loved the layout! It was over 100 degrees every day we were there so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub. 3 car garage was very nice when kids wanted to play ping pong. We cooked a lot at the house so a few more Tupperware bowls for leftovers would have been nice but we managed. Location to Lazy River/pickleball courts was an easy walk/drive. The Lazy River a couple of times did get congested with very rude adults/children but we chalked it up to the high temperatures! If the pickleball courts are being used, Hurricane has 6 nice courts that stay open longer! (15-20 min away) We went to Zion National Park, Quail Creek to jet ski and drove through the Valley of Fire on our way back to Las Vegas airport and got to see several Rams. Utah is such a beautiful state. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect!

I would like to start off with saying that this house is absolutely perfect. I've never stayed in a rental like this before. It had everything we needed to the point where we didn't even really want to leave. When I say perfect, I mean the view from the backyard was absolutely amazing. We were there in the wintertime. So it was very cold. That was there the last week of January to celebrate my birthday. So you can imagine our excitement when we noticed the hottub in the back yard. 6 of us went and we didnt feel cramped in the house, We fit so comfortably. However, it could easily have fit up to 10 people, no problem. The house is huge and super clean! It has two master suites, one upstairs and one off the kitchen, downstairs. It has three larger bedrooms upstairs aside from the suite. One of the rooms has a massive wood bunk bed it was so big my kids looked so small on it. it could hold 4 adults no problem. Every room has a very calm and comfy ascetic, I really liked that. Having a ton of comfortable fluffy pillows and blankets was like a dream, especially when its so cold out. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. A huge living room with a awesome sectional couch that fits all of us. There are a ton of fun family games to play we had family over and we all played games until late at night. Really cool. The Dining room table is absolutely beautiful and unique. i think my my four favorite things would have to be the three caruigarage. Totally private, you can park your car you don't even have to worry about it, shut the doors. the second thing would be the fully stocked kitchen. I mean, I made full meals every night for the entire family. And they had everything right there that I needed for cooking. I didn't even stress that it wasn't going to be there. Aside from the food, I didn't have to get anything else. And the third thing was the hot tub in the backyard. Oh my gosh. It was so cold but it was so nice to sit outside enjoy the view and be nice and warm. So at night that was a pleasure for sure. And my fourth favorite thing would be the laundry room upstairs. Amazing washer and dryer. I did not have to go home with any dirty clothes. I was able to just wash them there, it was really really nice. Thank you for the amazing trip and memories we can not wait to go again very soon!!
