The Space:
Turtle Cove Beach House is a 3 story townhome located in the coveted Villas of San Vincente. This exclusive 10 unit complex is perfectly located one block from the beach, an even shorter walk from the grocery store and a 3 minute drive to Pier Park! This home boasts 3 bedrooms along with 3 full bathrooms comfortably spread out over more than 1800 sqft!


As you enter Turtle Cove Beach House, you’ll find the first floor bedroom to be fully equipped as an efficiency apartment, complete with King size bed, small kitchen and handicap accessible shower! The second floor of Turtle Cove, boasts a gorgeous kitchen, bar stools for the entire family, and a cozy living area for everyone to gather and play a few board games (conveniently located in the cabinet under the TV). On this floor you will also find a King bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry facilities, not to mention a fully covered patio with gulf views!
