This vast end unit is just under 2,000 square feet, and offers wide, panoramic, views of the Gulf all the way up and down Panama City Beach. Great room

Had everything we needed. I could not get the washer to work. It would fill up with water then stop. Contacted property manager and maintenance come and worked on it. Was stopped up with sand. He quickly got it working again! This was our first family trip of 9 with the grandkids and we were pleased with our stay. The condo was great but just too many people in PCB for us. Thank you for a great stay!!

Best Week Ever!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time , the location was great and everything was very smooth as far as check in and out. The owner commented well and was very quick to respond to anything we needed ! Would recommend and book again in future.

Great for a large family.

Our stay was great and convenient to restaurants and to park in the extra car. But the coffee pot had to be held to the coffee maker to make coffee because it was the wrong size pot for the maker (it was too short). If you did not do that coffee came over the top and onto the counter tops. The dryer door was a little difficult also. We had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator one day and finally had to go down the stairs. The mattress in the master bedroom almost felt like it was something someone used 10 years and put it on the bed, and it had been their another 10.

Family Summer Vacation 2024

The Condo was exactly as advertised. The living room was spacious with lots of seating area. The bedrooms were also large and comfortable. The balcony view was amazing, you could see for miles up and down the beach. The location was close to the best restaurants and souvenir shops.The entire family, especially the grandkids had a great time. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect week!!

Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and smelled so clean and fresh when we arrived. We had a leak under the kitchen sink while there it was easy to contact them and they had a repair person out the same day. My bunch loves spaghetti and we had every utensil I needed to make a huge pot without any trouble. The weather was perfect and we had a great week. I would highly recommend staying and I will stay again.

Beware of Security Guy

Property location is good however too many issues - They do not mention how many car parkings allowed. Orange parking passes they do not allow to park on same property. Bathroom door was not closing. All the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Rooms were not maintained. Beach towels are not provided. Bathroom Supplies are provided only for one day. Beware of the security guy, he will just miscount the tenants and report it to HOA and property owner. Owner will call you at any time disturbing your privacy and send HOA to check on it. This is their trick to trap people and not returning their money. Worst experience ever had staying with this property

Great views, spacious, good location. Property mgr fixed everything they could promptly. Furniture chipped and scuffed, carpet needs cleaning, furniture needs cleaning and repair, ottoman needs replacing..all torn, beds need mattresses replaced..not comfy at all. Spa tub broken, overall needs a deep cleaning and painting. Enjoyed our stay ..would need improvements to stay again

Roomy, pretty location, needs a few updates

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved how we could comfortably fit 10 people in this condo. That is hard to find. The condo needs some updates to furniture. There were multiple handles falling off furniture, chips out of furniture, the seats of the barstools were worn and ripping. A water handle kept falling off, even after we let them know and they fixed it. The bedspreads from the pictures aren't actually present. The beds just had fleece blankets on the sheets. The master mattress was TERRIBLE and sagging, so they really need to replace that. The view was great. We were there right after Memorial Day weekend, so it was BUSY on the beach and on the road. This condo is right in the middle of everything, so it's great if you like the action. One of the elevators broke in the condo building and some other people said it happens regularly, but that could be wrong. Overall, it was nice. They just need to update those things and it would be better.

Nice location, small pool

Overall, the experience was well. The room could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived. Also, there were a few minor things that could have been in a more presentable condition. For example, the molding on the floor that separates the kitchen from the hardwood area was lose and would cause our children to trip and fall. The upholstery on the seats were ripped as well. Also, for the size of the building and the amount of guests it accommodates, the pool was very small with only about 10 lounge chairs. However, the communication with the property management company was fantastic. I sent several emails upon arrival within about a two hour time period and every one was answered promptly. I will say, we were told initially that we would need to stop by the HOA office for pool bands but when I emailed the property management company she wasn’t sure where it was and said to just ask a maintenance worker if we saw one. Luckily we did run into a maintenance worker in the elevator area and he told us they don’t really do pool bands as our check-in info stated, instead as long as you knew the door codes, you could come and go throughout the building.

Perfect vacation

My husband and I just loved the condo! We stayed for a month and had a great time being right on the beach even though it was cold most days. The place is huge, perfect for both of us to work from "home". The area is very touristy but being February, not too crowded. We would like to come back next year and stay longer.

Saved my vacation

Hurricane sally canceled my first rental, then was evacuated from my second rental, and with in hours I had to find a place to save my vacation. This was a great place, great location, and exactly what we needed!

Wonderful Place

Our group consisted of six people. The place was extremely spacious and the views were gorgeous! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Great Location! Easy walk to Pineapple Willy's!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at GVE. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious enough to accommodate our family (4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 4 small children) comfortably. The TV in the bunk area was not working when we arrived, but the owners sent someone over to fix it within an hour after I let them know. I also received a couple of texts checking in to make sure everything was ok during our stay. The condo could use some freshening up though, at the very least a paint job. Also, the floors turned our one year old's knees and tops of feet black while he was crawling around so we had to go buy a Swiffer to clean the floors better. The blankets on the beds were VERY thin (by design) so I had to go buy two extra blankets. If anyone in your family is cold natured, just be aware that you may need to bring them an extra blanket.
