The pools and docks are walking distance, however, it is recommended to have a driver to make the trips more manageable with your belongings. The other main attractions such as the restaurants and docks are anywhere from 0.5 miles to 5 miles away.

Although our home is located on the lake, there is no direct access to the lake due to the incline. You will still have gorgeous views and nearby areas if you desire to get your feet wet!
There is a boat slip that is available for use too! It is a 10x27 and is included with your rental!

Check-in was super easy and exactly as property owner described. Kitchen facilities were small, but adequate. We had a large party. Recommend dish towels and dishcloths, as there was only 1 towel.

Okay

I liked the views and the layout of the house was nice. However there was no storage for clothes in the bedrooms. The mattresses on the queen beds were awful. No comfort whatsoever, squeaks and creaks every-time you move. There is no storage for food either. There was an awful smell in the bedroom by the kitchen that never resolved.

Fun in Osage

Our group had a great time at this little house. It was quiet, close to the lake and had the amenities needed. You were close to a lot of fun activities. From young to old, we all had a great time. Host was great at communication as needed.

Comfortable stay for a big group

We had 14 people stay and everyone had a comfortable bed. The bunk rooms were great. Wish the waterfront was accessible, but we were able to use a dock down the street to get to the water for fishing and paddleboarding. Loved being close to Margaritaville to use their pools. All in all a great stay!

Well Maintained Property and Responsive Host

Adam is a great host - he responded almost instantly to all of our questions. We ran into some issues with the hot tub, and he had his service company out within a few hours. The house was clean and well equipped. Everything was as described. We loved the sun porch with views of the lake. Overall, it was a smooth experience and we would return again.

Golf outing

We had no wi-fi for two days. We could not find the router which needed to be reset. Finally found out from the host that the router was located in a locked service closet. We were never able to get TV reception. A set of instruction would have been really helpful. One of the upstairs rooms had a very noisy air conditioner. Front porch light was burned out.

Great stay, responsive host

We had a great time staying here! Every bedroom had its own bathroom and mini fridge, and were each very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub on the patio and access to a community pool. The host was also very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Great place for a family vacation!

There were 14 family members on our vacation (ages ranging from 3-73.) This was a perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and well maintained. Our host was very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a large group The place had plenty of room. It was very hot the whole week . We lived at the pool and in the air conditioning. Loved the sunsets.

Great spot - would recommend

Grey house to stay at. We had a friend's get-together here for a weekend. Very comfortable with plenty of sleeping space and a large gathering area on the main floor, along with a couple of decks and a hot tub. Quick ride over to Margeritaville or a few other spots along the water. Very nice and quiet area. Would go back!

Nice getaway

Adam had excellent suggestions on things to keep adults and teens occupied and was very responsive as we needed him. We really enjoyed the views and the privacy this cabin offers.

Great Property with Awesome Host

This property was great for our family of 7. It has 5 full bedrooms and bathrooms, all with 2 big beds. 2 upstairs, 1 main floor, 2 downstairs. The main floor bed was perfect for our older family so they didn’t climb stairs. The main floor also has the living room and kitchen and hot tub. The property was very clean and met all our needs. the host was awesome. Great communication and even recommended really good restaurants!

Wonderful Family Vaction

This is a lovely home with great views of the lake. The hot tub is amazing and there was SO much room for 5 of us. Short drive to the Margarita resort that features the marina for boat/jet ski rentals, spa, bars and restaurant.

I personally chose this home to share with others. My wife and I spent MANY hours trying to find something that would allow others to bring their friends and family to the lake to experience some of the wonderful things the Ozarks has to offer. We believe that we have created a home that others will enjoy for many years to come!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

HOT TUB! If the name didn't say it all already, I said it again just for good measure. There are so few homes that have a nice hot tub, and even fewer with a view like we have. Our jacuzzi is great for winding down after a long day at the lake, or even to sit in on a cold night while gazing at the stars.
