🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Coco Bay Estates is a growing community, and there is ongoing construction on nearby homes. Construction is limited to daytime hours (approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday), and occasional noise may be heard while enjoying the outdoor areas. Our normal nightly rates have already been reduced to reflect this.

👥 VARIABLE PRICING
Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests (up to the maximum occupancy of 10) are $50 per guest, per night. This flexible pricing structure allows smaller groups to enjoy the property without paying the full large-group rate. Please ensure your reservation reflects your accurate guest count for correct pricing.
