Beachfront Dream Casa Dolphin Potrero Costa Rica

My wife Elaine and I are from Boise, ID with 3 kids and lived fulltime in Potrero Costa Rica for 3-years before we moved back to get our kiddos off to college. Now, we use Casa Dolphin for months at a time and short-term rent in between with all our kids out of the nest. We are remote workers so have really enjoyed the flexibility of commuting between Boise, ID and Costa Rica and everything both have to offer.

Potrero Surfside is a sleepy fishing village mixed within an established expat community. Lots of local restaurants to choose from as well as a fruit and veggie market, adventure tours, local micro-brewery, beach front massages and more. A new world class marina called Flamingo Marina is at the South end of the beach with many restaurants, sunset sailing, and fishing options. Also good shore fishing right from the beach. Very close to other great beaches like Las Catalinas, Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, etc.. Flamingo is a 5 minute drive away and the Tamarindo and Playa Grande area is 20-25 minutes. Less than 1 hour from the Liberia airport.

What makes this Potrero, Costa Rica home unique is its spacious layout and large window sliders that open up the entire living room and patio area making for a spectacular view...making for a comfortable open living space. The viewing deck above the pool adds a spectacular viewpoint and place to relax while taking in the ocean views and listening to the waves crashing. Definitely the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day on the beach, which is right at your front door! The master bathroom and main guest bathrooms are spacious. There is also a private smaller bathroom in one of the guest bedrooms. AC is in each room. Wi-fi and cable TV are available throughout the property.
