BEACH

This is next to Kahana beach, part of Lahaina, a 10 minute drive from Ka'anapali beach, 20 minutes from Lahaina downtown. Full view of the beach and ocean right from the balcony. The resort (Valley Isle Resort) is right by the ocean. Do not miss the sunsets from the balcony.

THE UNIT

This seventh floor 1 bed 1 bath condo is perfect for a couple or family. The unit is not baby or kid-proof. There is a light sofa bed that opens up into a twin/ full bed (200 lb weight limit).

- The balcony offers a direct view of the ocean and some beach accessories for guests (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler).

- The kitchen has pots and pans, basic amenities, oil and basic spices, coffee, local coffee, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Instapot, Ninja coffee machine, electric kettle, Ninja chopper and Ninja blender.

- The bathroom, though small, has body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels etc.
- The bedroom has a king bed, a closet, wardrobe, iron.

- The living room has a three-seater sofa bed, big smart TV, two live plants.

- The dining nook has a dining table and four chairs.
- There is a washer-dryer in the unit.

BUILDING & NEIGHBORHOOD

Add-on services are available upon request and full prior payment, such as intermediate cleaning and errand runs. The building has security at night; there is a Ring camera outside the unit (the only camera). The resort has a front desk but no gym, game room, sauna or hot tub. There is a common swimming pool and barbecue grills.

Across from the street is Kahana Manor, a small shopping center with a small grocery store and Miso Phat (excellent sushi, sashimi).

Enjoy the beach right out front when the tide is low, and so much more on this beautiful island.
