The space
Upper Deck is perfect for entertaining and watching the sunset/sunrise/fishing. House if fully geared towards families or group of friends who want to kayak/fish and relax on the lake.

Sleeping Arrangements: We are hoping you will enjoy our comfortable beds and pull out sofa/chairs with details below:
Full Bed Master Bedroom (sleeps 2)
Full Bunk bends with Full Trundle in Guest Bedroom (sleeps 6)
Foldout Full Futon and two foldout single chairs in the Living Room (sleeps 2 adults )

Outside grilling: Home comes with a gas bbq grill perfect for entertaining on the lake view patio. We also provide a burner if you want to use our cast iron pot for outdoor cooking.

Fishing: You can fish right off the back yard and the dock for fish types in the photos. You may be catching large catfish, stripe bass, largemouth bass and black & white crappie. Fishing license and equipment, bait are easily available in the convenience stores near by. We provide fishing rods, and they are free if returned in good working condition. Please take care of our equipment as if this was yours and let us know if something is broken.

Breezy Evenings: You can find 2 fire pits to enjoy late nights lake views by the fires, while makes s'mores with your entire family. You can pick up firewood on the way to the house at Lowes', Brookshiers or Walmart

Swimming: There are inflatable devices including a lily pad, pump and a small inflatable pool that could be used by guests, that will need to be washed, folded after use located at the dock (pump is in the deck box). We have a few swimming vests located inside the deck box. Lake depth is 2-4ft in front of the property. NO DIVING FROM THE DOCK OR LAKE WALL.

Safety and Emergency: Home driveway/entrance is monitored with Ring Camera and Ring Alarm system centrally connected to the fire and police department. Master bedroom has a mobile panic button allowing guests in case of an emergency to quickly reach first responders.

This property is part of SouthWoods shores POA, allowing for a private boat launch and lake swimming fun. We will provide a key and rules around using this convenience free of charge. $200 POE replacement key charge.
