Sun N Fun!! Whether you want to enjoy a nice family reunion, spend time with friends, maybe a week of golfing or just to have fun, we got you covered. Our spacious 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home is situated in a quiet and secure neighborhood in Cape Coral, close to Downtown Fort Myers.

You are surrounded by everything you can think of; family amusement day for everyone to enjoy, golf courses for those birdies, malls for a good shopping spree, beaches and lots of restaurants for the foodies.

The nice pool will keep you cool and the air conditioning will ensure your comfort as you please along your stay. The game room in the garage will be perfect for those evening nights. The pool table and the dart board will bring pleasure and fun competition every time! When it's GAME TIME, or just a cozy night, hop in the living room with the huge sectional sofa and the 65 inch Roku smart TV featuring 125+ channels and enjoy!! The 600 Mbps WIFI will get you all the speed you need to access your favorites all around the house. Top it off with a good night of sleep on our memory foam mattresses. Sun N Fun has high cleanliness standards. The cleaning team is doing a thorough job between each reservation.

Master bedroom has a king bed, a 55 inch Roku smart TV with xFinity app (125+ channels) and a work space.
One bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a single slide out. It is ideal for a kids room, since maximum weight for full beds is 250 pounds each bed.
The three other bedrooms have a 43 inch Roku smart TV with xFinity app (125+ channels). Two of those have a queen bed and the third has a full bed.
All of the beds have brand new memory foam mattresses.
Beds available can sleep up to 11 adults or 8 adults and 5 children.

Living room has a huge sectional sofa with a 65 inch Roku smart TV featuring xFinity (125+ channels).
Since all TVs are smart TVs, you can log in to your favorite apps. Don’t forget to log out !
Wifi is 600 mbps so you have enough for all your needs.

The garage was turned into a game room ! It features a pool table, an electronic dart board and many more games. Play in the evening with the garage door opened for a nice Florida feeling !

The inground pool is a nice size for the kids to play or the parents to relax.
It is possible to heat the pool to a desired temperature for an additional fee ($).

There is a 6 places outdoor table and 2 chilling chairs in the pool area. The BBQ right beside the pool area is also at your disposal.

The kitchen has all you need to cook nice meals. There is a coffee machine working with k-cup or ground coffee. We provide a few k-cups so you can have coffee before buying more at the grocery store.

Sun N Fun makes your life easier if you are traveling with kids. We provide 2 high chairs, a double stroller, pack and play and many kids games. A pool safety fence can also be installed before your arrival.

On arrival, look at our awesome guest book for home information as well as many activities and restaurants.

The entire Sun N Fun home with the private pool will be solely at your disposal.

* Towels, beach towels, bed sheets and pillows are provided for the number of guests. Kitchen pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc are all provided. Both showers have soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There is an initial supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The guests will be responsible for providing any additional consumables for their stay (toilet paper, paper towel, etc).
