This is a cute and cozy 3 bedroom 1 full bathroom with jetted bathtub that sleeps 3 to 12 if couples. Please do NOT hit the Request to Book IF renting for something other than a Sunday to Sunday week or a Friday to Sunday non holiday weekend or a less than week rental not ending on a Sunday. We will need to custom quote you over email for anything else as the site ONLY shows the correct rates for a Sunday to Sunday rental or non holiday weekend rental. Thanks in advance for you help given the sites limitations for quoting rates.

3 blocks from the harbor! Walk to Main Street, ferries, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores, Chicken Box, etc. and right on Beach Bus route. There’s 6 beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. Seating for 6 at dining room table and seating for 5 in living room sofas and more if you bring in dining room chairs. House is ideally located to take advantage of town restaurants and bars as well as the Chicken Box, grocery store, pharmacy, and is on the bus route for the beach. Only about 3 blocks to harbor, .4 mile to Boarding House, Pearl, 21 Federal/Ventuno and .4 mile in the other direction to Chicken Box, grocery store, liquor store, and .7 mile from the ferry. Changeover days for weekly rentals are Sunday, so our weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

House was upgraded / renovated in 2009 and 2016, and comes with all the kitchenware, towels, beds, mattresses, bedding, furniture, outdoor grill, paint inside and out, outdoor shower, etc. 41' plasma TV in living room with cable and internet access. Decorated in cute beach theme. 1 hammock in shaded area.

There's room for parking one car/truck in the driveway as well as parking on the street that's diagonal from the house on York St. (Last we knew they let people park there as we see cars parked there often when we wrote this). House is located right at area nicknamed '5 Corners'. Check in time is 5:00 p.m., check out is 10:30 a.m.

Simple cute house in FANTASTIC In TOWN location. House is 2 levels with the bedrooms all on second floor. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom, dining area, and living room on first floor.

Our standard lease is automatically accepted by renters who book online, must be signed and executed with 24 hours of booking (if not same day and prior to using house) with all payments processed and cleared before Tenants/Renters will be allowed on premises / in the house. Failure to do so will result in all monies paid by Tenant / Renter being forfeit as we cannot allow anyone to use the house without a lease and all payments clearing to protect ourselves and our tenants / renters. If you have questions on the lease please review it prior to booking as a request to book and booking through this site is final, there are no refunds as we're not a hotel that can quickly and easily rebook something etc. A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED but the site doesnt charge your card for it up front, usually only charges your card later if a damage / extra cleaning claim is made. Highly recommend getting some type of travel insurance.

Typically takes the cleaners / staff a couple weeks to get us their check out reports, can take longer is they're swamped to catch up on paperwork of houses need extra cleaning, have damage, etc. Just depends on how things are left and how busy they are. If renters clean the house and get up to do a few loads of laundry and clean some to leave it nice usually takes the cleaners 4-5 hours to make it truly ready for the next group after a family of 4. If renters don't clean takes longer. Trash has to be separated from recyclables, recycling separated by each type as the island requires of everyone, laundry that's not done bagged properly, etc. A professional 3rd party cleaning company does the cleaning and they're meticulous to make sure our renters arrive to have a great first impression of the home. :) Please plan accordingly and pre-book/pre-pay for discounted cleaning rates in addition to the minimum charge we start with up front and the time needed for cleaning and budget for extra time to clean it as we don't include extra cleaning in our rent to keep it fair to everyone (those who clean well ahead of time get a smaller bill, those who don't get one for over the usual hours). We're not a full time agency, just homeowners with other full time jobs who rent out the house out ourselves at a discount to keep charges down for everyone. Thanks for considering our property! :)

This is a Non-smoking home. With extra security deposit and cleaning charge a friendly, quiet, trained, well-behaved dog (not allowed on furniture or beds) is welcome! All tenants must be over 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents.
