Such a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for just a short time, but wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very clean and homey. We found we spent most of our time in the house just spending quality time together and enjoying the fireplace and the many family games available to play. I would def. recommend staying here for your Pocono's getaway!

Perfect for a family getaway

We had a great few days at this house with another family. We all loved the basement game room and the house was well stocked with all the essentials. And of course the coffee bar was a nice plus! We spent a lot of time at Camelback, so the location couldnā€™t have been better. The owners were easy to work with and very communicative before we got there. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience

Beautiful home, peaceful atmosphere. This was a great stay for my family and I. Our kids and pup loved the open space, game room, and the hilly neighborhood for walks. The pool access was appreciated. Friendly owners made the entire process very easy. You will love staying here.

Wonderful Stay!

We booked this property in order to beat the heat and get away and it was absolutely perfect! The house is lovely with all of the amenities we could have wanted. The hosts have really gone above and beyond to ensure the house is fully stocked from supplies to entertainment. My 2 sons loved the game room and huge TV and sound system in the living room is awesome. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet too. We look forward to our next visit!!

We wanted a family vacation with parents and four teenage cousins where we could relax and have fun (bonus for not involving screens), and this house proved to have it all! We had lots of family fun with all of the games in the house (including ping pong, pool, cornhole, foosball, Pac-Man, cards, and pickleball down the road). (The community pool was closed for renovations.) Host Bob was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The house is well-appointed, beautifully maintained, and the coffee bar was a delight! We would definitely stay here again. (Bonus: Spotting all the deer each day. One even came to check us out from the ridge above.)

Ski/Snowboard Weekend

The property was wonderful and had everything we needed. The teenagers enjoyed the game room after the long, cold day on the mountain. The house is very close to the ski resort, which made it very convenient for drop off and pick up procedures. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar! The communication was excellent with smooth check procedures. We would definitely love to return!

Great spot for a family

Our family enjoyed our stay at Bob and Phil's place. A clean and comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen was a perfect fit for us. We really enjoyed the views and the beautiful wildlife. We were able to see fox, deer, and even a black bear all from our window views. (Which we kept in mind on our walks around the community!) Although we were disappointed the community pool was being renovated during our vacation time, we enjoyed hiking and some state parks that were all in close proximity. The outlet mall, grocery store, and a pharmacy are all conveniently located 5-10 minutes away. Our family would highly recommend the yummy eateries at the bottom of the mountain as well! (Tony's Pizza & Barley Creek were the favorites)

Fabulous family home

Beautiful home, has everything you can possibly need for a great getaway. Has a great game room in the basement, along with all kinds of board games, xbox, corn hole, balls, etc. Lots to do without leaving the home. Next door to the water park, outlets and everything else. Was able to check in early and gave us extra time to check out late. Couldn't ask for a better host.

The house was very cleaned when we entered. The owner was also very easy to contact, any questions we had he would respond very quickly! The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet outside especially during the evening. The sunsets from the window were very nice and the mountain view. The games that had came with the house was very fun, me and my family all played together. The community pool was also very nice not too much people or too little people it was a good amount but I suggest going a bit earlier if you just wanna have some quiet or the evening. I would definitely recommend this house to someone else it was very homey!

Lovely home to create family winter holiday memory!

Bob and Phil's place was lovely and thoughtful with many nice amenities, and we truly felt like we were in our own home because we had those items at our own house. I especially was impressed by the coffee bar that they set up - 24/7 cafe for sure. My kids had fun doing the water parks nearby and outlet shopping. We weren't able to ski because of the weather, which gives us another reason to return! I also enjoyed taking walks with our dog in the neighborhood, a nice and peaceful community with gorgeous mountain views. My husband made fire in the fire place every night. Our family got the rest that we needed, and we had fun playing ping pong and pool. It's a lovely home for creating our winter holiday memory together!

Great Couple's Getaway

My boyfriend and I needed a break from our fast paced city lives. This trip was exactly what we needed for Memorial Day weekend. Not only was the home exactly as pictured but our hosts were great as well. We were offered a much earlier check-in time. This essentially gave us an extra day! The home was spacious. Granted only my boyfriend and I occupied this home (that sleeps up to 8) for this trip. I donā€™t see why a family of 8 would feel any different. We enjoyed numerous local activities such as shopping, dining and outdoor paint balling. At the home, the fully stocked game room kept us entertained. We were fortunate enough to get beautiful weather so we grilled out on the deck. The home has a beautiful mountainous view. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we definitely plan on going back with our families, in the near future!

Fantastic

Robert was very accommodating and the home was nicer than the pics. Close to everything. Lots of space. Clean. Amenities He had everything we needed. We loved the pool table and ping pong in the walkout basement. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We bought this house and have made it exactly the way we want a home when we rent a vacation house for our families. We have taken great care to turn this property into your ā€œHome Away From Homeā€ so you can relax and enjoy your precious time on vacation, even if itā€™s just for the weekend.

Location is perfect: skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, indoor waterpark, outdoor waterpark, outlet shopping, hiking, fishing, nature walks, bird watching, foliage, zip lining, tree courses and much more just minutes away. Staying home? How about a large family room with new Sony 77 inch TV, beautiful stocked kitchen, fully stocked coffee bar in dining room, tree deck with Weber grill, 3 bedrooms, 4 total baths and a fantastic finished basement divided into a sitting/TV/video game area and a pool/ping pong table, foosball area, also with its own TV. All located on over 1/2 an acre with private driveway parking.
