We had a great time and the location and facilities were amazing. The pool could’ve been cleaner as well as the trash area. But the elevators and tokens were perfect!

Great Spot!

Check in info was great. Kitchen was very well stocked and maintained. Might want to check the fridge on the right, didn't seem to cool or freeze as well as the other on the right.WiFi could use an extender for the upper floor.Beds and baths were nice and comfortable for our party of 141 block walk to the beach, very convenient.

The condo was VERY spacious for our family. Check-in was super easy. However it could have been a bit cleaner and a fresh coat of paint. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer but it took forever to dry the clothes. The lint needed to be cleaned out of the coil in the back. The mattresses need some updating they are well used.

Great location

We stayed here for a softball tournament. 11 of us and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the house and the location. Will stay here again

Wonderful family getaway :)

My family and I had such a lovely time ! There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed spending so much time together while also having the space to have any alone time if we desired. We played games , ate together ( the extra large table came in more than handy ) . The parking was easy and everyone enjoyed themselves so so much ! We would be more than happy to stay there again :)

Location

The location was perfect. It was everything we expected. Very family friendly. Only down side was the kitchen trash can wasn't large enough, which caused us to make several trips during the day to remove trash from the unit.

My group of 12 was in the age range from 45 to 81. The rooms downstairs was ideal. The property had more than enough space.

John's Condo

My Family (20 of us) rented this beautiful spacious Condo in July for a week. We really enjoyed the 2 story living quarters. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a balcony off of the Family room. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 balconys, which are ajoined with access from 2 king size bedrooms. The Condo is centrally located in the middle of everything, so the kids(ages 12-20) could walk everywhere without the adults, they loved that. The listing is completely accurate. Also we have 2 timeshares that we could have used but we chose to rent with the rest of our family so that we could be with them in a Central location. I could see the sun set while laying in my bed.

Need’s Attention

We enjoyed the convenience of having our entire group in one location, but this place needs lots of attention. The stove top was broken. One of the coffee makers was broken. One of the sliding doors was off track. One of the toilet tanks leaked. The floor was dirty. The mattresses and pillows are worn out. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in months and the deck is filthy. It’s a real shame because the place has real potential.

Loud Complex and Neighiboorhood

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation for the family, this is not it. The complex is quite loud. A couple of nights there were frat party level parties/noise next door (there are adjoining doors which are not well soundproofed). Pot smoke wafting from the other balconies is ever present. The loud water feature runs from morning till night (whether it's being used or not) and the windows don't seal well, so it's loud in the unit all day. The neighborhood is rowdy, to put it mildly -- fireworks and drug deals going down at all times of the night. The floors in the unit were dirty -- your feet turn black after walking around on it for a few minutes. Beware of the extra fees tacked on to the bill (linen fee??), which added significantly to the final price for the week.

Needs definite better attention to cleanliness!!!

The floors could not have been mopped before our arrival as we mopped ourselves and got 3 bucketfuls of filth!!! DEFINITELY FILTHY😩 The outside lanai was again dirty! The doorknob that holds the entry code on the entry door from the outside was broken and could not get anyone to Do anything about it for 3 days! The layout of the condo worked well for us! The pool was not properly maintained where the kiddie pool looked dirty as the water was not maintained. The lathe pool had lots of sand in the bottom! The bathrooms were relatively clean, the floors needed some attention and there was dirt in all the corners and sometimes between the tiles! I had told Maggie previously in email that it was important that it be clean for us because I had a very fussy daughter!! I could attribute part of the dirt to the fact that Covid affected the labor force for employment!! I am also a business holder and would want to know if my rental was not clean for my renters! We made several contacts to the contact people were were given including Maggie herself with no answers or return calls!! Took them 4 days to fix the door lock which was an important safety concern! I would not recommend this property in its present condition!

Quick family reunion

We found the property online and were able to share it with family members across the USA. Once settled upon we easily booked the property and we’re able to meet there for a great (but too short) stay. We agreed we would return if were able to. We really loved the fact that you didn’t have to go to a real estate office to check in and out.

We were looking for a condo within walking distance to the beach as parking is very difficult during prime seasons. We also wanted a newer building with larger rooms, higher ceiling, and modern amenities. Built in 2007, this building has all of this. Lastly we wanted a property that was centrally located, close to family activities as well as golf courses and that would offer something for every age group.
