The condo has a large covered balcony which is perched high above the sandy shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico, and is perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze in the afternoons by swinging in the hammock after a ...long sun-soaked day at the beach or enjoying a glass of wine while watching breathtaking sunsets each evening.
This bungalow style abode offers a spacious layout with a coastal chic design while having all the comforts of home. Fully equipped, the well-appointed kitchen overlooks the light and airy living area and thoughtful perks like a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo. The living area is laden with Florida charm from the wicker floral furnishings to the coastal dcor and offers an unbeatable beach front backdrop with 2 sliders that lead out to the covered balcony.
The two bedrooms offer that extra piece of privacy with the bedrooms located on opposite sides of the home. The primary boasts a King size bed, ceiling fan, coastal dcor, and hotel style amenities with a full bath right outside the door including a bath/shower combo. The guest bedroom boasts 2 twins, ceiling fan, coastal decor and hotel style amenities with a full bath right outside the door including a walk-in shower.
This quaint 2nd story beachfront gem is centrally located in the heart of Indian Shores with an abundance of restaurants and shops that are conveniently located within a 5 min drive. If it is action, you crave, you can take in all that downtown St. Pete and Johns Pass Village has to offer to the South or check out Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach located to the North.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT DETAILS FOR ALL BOOKINGS
- 3% convenience fee will be added for using a credit card to pay for booking. You may pay by e-check, ACH, or if time allows, mail a check free of charge.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
