This Luxurious 3 bedroom- 2 ensuite bathroom Gulf Front Condo is situated In the beautiful beach town of Indian Shores. This updated condo is newly renovated with granite countertops, new sectional, new verticals,, new stove, new stainless steel French refrigerator and new washer and Dryer

The Master Suite has a new large King Size Mattress with a private bath and custom walk- in shower with glass doors. The second Bedroom has 2 double beds with an ensuite bath , walkin dressing room and TV with cable .The 3rd Bedroom has 2 long twin sized Beds. And TV .All bedrooms have new flat screen Televisions. The living Room has a new 40 inch TV.. The living Room has a new large Leather Beige Sectional. The Dining Room seats 6-8 comfortably. This condo is located on the fourth floor and has a large Gulf Front Balcony with direct views of the White sandy Beaches and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This condo has Cable, wifi and 1 Designated parking place. There are Guest spots on Beach side. All parking is complementary
The in unit laundry room has a New washer and dryer
The kitchen is fully equipped
Seagate Condominium has a large heated Beach side pool with .lounges , chairs, picnic tables , BarBQs and Tiki Huts.
This condo has everything you will need for an unforgettable holiday and wonderful memories

Condo is right on the beach (4th floor) beautiful views of the sunset. Well maintained and good communication with the owner. Pool is very nice and in great condition. The condo building and grounds are kept very clean. Highly recomended choice for a nice vacation.

Fantastic family vacation

Great place to stay with a family, spacious condo, laundry room in the unit make it very convenient to not have to over pack, our days were spent at the beach, pool and playing volleyball, and everyone had a great time. The condo is in a fantastic location close to lots of dining and shopping options. Will def stay again, Anne was alway a phone call away, very helpful with any questions.

Lovely property, with full amenities

Ideal for a larger/group or family. Anne Wylie was great, and the outdoors was the best kept at any property we’ve ever stayed in. Carpets should be replaced, but other than that, a lovely property.

This condo and this Bldg is a wonderful place for a large group of people or a smaller group I do agree with you about the carpet. This was a fantastic stay, the condo was great and had everything we needed inside and out!

Great time had by kids and adults! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with everything right there on the premise. Owner included so many outdoor items, chairs, umbrellas, toys and so much more. We just had to bring our clothes and groceries and everything else was there for us. This was the most well supplied condo we have stayed in.

Best Condo Owner Ever

Anne is by far the best condo owner I have rented from. The condo was clean and everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The views were amazing as we saw numerous dolphins swimming by in the ocean. I would highly recommend renting from this owner.

Our new annual place to stay

Excellent all around! The location, the communication, the cleanliness, the view—all absolutely remarkable! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen. Our favorite was the balcony- constant breeze and beautiful view of the pristine gulf. Meeting Anne in-person was a bonus! So friendly and welcoming! We look forward to booking again next summer!

We loved the condo. The location is great. 2 bedrooms had huge walk in closet areas. 3rd bedroom had nice sized closet. Kitchen larger than our last condo. We will be renting at Seagate again next year. Anne was excellent to work with.

Stayed August 2019

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Took your dining suggestions . Salt Rock Grill, Conch Republic, Double Tree and the Frog Pond for breakfast was amazing. Mattress on twin beds could be replaced and kitchen and bathroom lights had to be turned off and on several times to get them to light fully. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Good time

We had a great week with the family. We have stayed at Seagate several times and I have to say this condo (405) is dated compared to others. It certainly served our needs, but kind of disappointing that it hasn’t been taken care of or updated much. We did love the tinted sliding windows that helped keep the heat out! Anne was great to work with and checked in on us! Overall a great time!

Perfect Getaway

We had the opportunity to stay in Unit 405 the week of the 4th of July. This was our 9th visit to the building, the first in this unit. This unit was everything we needed and wanted. The property manager couldn't have been more friendly or more responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. We look forward to working with her again. Highly recommend this unit for home base for an amazing week long getaway.

Beach vacation

We rented condo 405 for one month this winter. We were extremely comfortable and pleased with this unit. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is outfitted nicely for any cooking needs. Our daughter and her family visited during a school break and we had all the room and beach chairs needed. Our rental agent Anne, was available to us and made sure we were pleased with our stay. I look forward to returning to this unit next year. The balcony is large and the sunsets are outstanding!

Great unit, bad timing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! Bad timing with the red tide this year and weather, but this spacious and inviting unit kept us all sane and comfortable. The canopy and extra chairs provided were great, and "fully stocked kitchen" is an understatement here. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several delicious home cooked meals from ingredients sourced from the nearby Nachman's Market, and the large dining room table had more than enough room for our entire family.

Vacation 2023

The condo was very nice had plenty of room and the views were great. The only issue we had was that we were not told before we booked that the property was doing renovations. Could not use the pool or grill and had to walk a condo over to use their pool and grill.

Hi Shannon - your Booking was made the day before you arrived because the previous condo had bed bugs and of course you couldn’t stay there .I made a point to explain to you what was going on at Seagate and you seemed quite at ease with this. Great size condo

The place is a great size to accommodate 8 of us. The weather was amazing. The biggest issue we had was that the elevator was so slow and so many people checking in at the same time. It took forever and it was so hot. But that isn’t Anne’s fault. The condo was great for the most part. Some upgrades could be done. But overall we had a great time. Had everything we needed, with chairs, pop ups and towels. Anne you may need to get some new towels tho. Would help if you had 8 of them. Thank you for a great week.

We had an amazing time at this unit. It was very nicely decorated and very well-stocked.

The views from the deck of this unit were amazing. Each morning you could have coffee and watch the clouds rolled in and listen to the waves. We saw at least three rainbows and took amazing pictures. It was so nice to be directly across from the elevator, even if the elevator was kind of slow. The only criticism I would have of this unit are that the Mattresses are need of replacement. In the master the king size bed Was sunken down on one side, It was a nice mattressJust in need of replacement. I can’t say enough about ANN Who helped us with this unit! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you ANN!!

Perfect!

Anne’s place was perfect for our family. The full-sized kitchen was completely stocked, all the towels and linens were provided, and as a bonus, beach chairs and beach towels were also provided. Having three rooms and two full baths was a necessity for our family so this was a great feature too. We felt completely safe in our location and the proximity of the beach was perfect. The pool was great and there was always space for us to sit or lounge—it didn’t feel overcrowded during our February stay. The surrounding area had some fun things for the kids—a tiny water park right down the street, the cute Seaside Bird Sanctuary, Shell Key Preserve (we took an amazing kayak trip through there), and plenty of restaurants. Plus, head inland and there are plenty of grocery store options. We thank Anne for providing us with everything we needed and being such a gracious hostess. We’re sorry we didn’t have a chance to meet you!
