This beautiful home only minutes away from the 202 highway will give you easy access to everything the desert has to offer such as multiple golf courses, the Phoenix Zoo, Odysea aquarium, the Grand Canyon and where Major league baseball spring training has been held for the last 60 years. Only 15 min away from Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tempe you can have the convenience of exploring all neighboring towns. This newly furnished single story home comes with a comfortable floor plan and is equipped with all the amenities for the perfect getaway for adults and children of all ages. The fenced in sparkling pool comes with a heater and chiller so you can enjoy it anytime of the year. The outdoor comes with a covered dining area, bbq, and lounging space making it easy to enjoy all outside activities such as corn hole or pickle ball. You can also take the fun inside and play pool on the full size pool table.
The kitchen comes with everything you need including dishes cookware air fryer and coffee machine.
