Enjoy this relaxing location on the 3rd mile-marker, tucked away on a quiet and calm cove that is great for fishing and swimming off the private dock. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home with an open floor plan is perfect for families and features a fully equipped kitchen, large table that seats 8, TV & Internet. The large shaded deck is great for relaxing & enjoying the outdoors during the spring & summer! Keyless entry allows for easy & secure access, with plenty of parking for everyone.

Enjoy all the conveniences of home:
A large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Laundry soap, fabric softener, ironing board and iron included.
A variety of small kitchen appliances – waffle iron, Ninja air fryer, blender, rice maker, coffee maker, lobster pot, and toaster.
Flat screen TV’s in every bedroom

Extras:
Use of the paddle boat, water mat, rafts and noodles (Other boats not included)
An extra refrigerator for large families who need the extra food storage
For your safety, a Shock IQ will alert you if there is an electrical issue on the dock
Outdoor grill
On-site parking for 4 to 5 vehicles
House is also located close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping!

Great family getaway

The property was perfect for our family vacation. The location was easy to find, plenty of space for everyone and the owner’s were very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful place! Lots of stairs to get to the house but once you’re there nothing else matters! The communication was amazing with the owners, so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Great house in quiet cove w/dock

We wanted a house with plenty of space, a cove that the kids could swim in, and dock to tie up a boat for our time on the lake. This house had it all. Clean, plenty of dishes to use, comfortable beds, and owner answered my only question in a matter of minutes. Next time we are down there this house will be our first option if available.

We had a great time at this property. It had everything we could need. The only two things we could think of that may need added is a few more bath towels and a crockpot! But we were able to make it work with a washer and dryer on site! The dock was wonderful for swimming and fishing!

Lack of Hospitality, Communication and Integrity from owner

I will start with the positives: beautiful lake and scenery. Plenty of family vacation activities. Wonderful customer service and friendly people in and around LOZ. Unfortunately, the out of state owner had a complete lack of proactive, helpful

Trip to Lake of the Ozarks

It was hard to find a house with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and this house fit the bill. It was very comfortable and roomy for our family. We were a little disappointed in the exterior. The dock had raised nails and some boards that were rotten. We had to be careful with the kids. We would stay again but would like to see some repairs.

One night stand

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. Didn't realize to get to the house was 30 steps down; however, good cardio whether you want it or not! Would like to have had check out a little later, but we were able to get the whole family up and around in time. Grandkids had a great time fishing off the dock!

Nice But Needs Attention

We rented this property as a wedding gift for our niece and her new husband. I was unable to be there but my husband (who was there) let me know one of the first things my niece and sister in law had to do was clean the refrigerator, stove, and countertops. The oven had layers of baked on food and went unused. As other reviewers have said, the location, layout, and access to the water were fantastic. What was less fantastic was the shoestring that was holding the bumper strip to the dock, the hand railing that was nearly rotted through at the bottom of the stairs, and a wasp’s nest near the house the size of a basketball. The owners were good about communicating but they seemed to think that the place was okay when they were there last and offered to send the cleaning crew again. As it would have created an awkward start to the vacation, our family declined. It would have been nice to arrive with the home prepared for our rental. As I found out about it after the fact, I was embarrassed as the person who arranged the trip. These seem like nice folks and I’m sure they will correct the issues but wanted to leave an honest review of our experience.

Plenty of room!

We had a great stay and this house has plenty of room. The cove is quiet and it is easy to find. The little touches like night lights and PLENTY of towels were greatly appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.
