Lux Vineyard Escapes-Ultimate Modern Farm House

This Ultimate Modern Farm House has amazing views and is built with style and luxury. Enjoy the outdoor living room and fire pit as you relax, unwind and take in Wine Country!

We are located in the heart of Wine Country within walking distance from two of our favorite wineries, Lorenzi and Palumbo. A little further maybe a hike or short bike ride are; Monte De Oro, Wilson Creek, Weins, Ponte, South Coast, Danza Del Sol, and Leoness. In any case all 42 wineries are a few minutes away by car.

The Space

Whether you are taking a stroll among our mature Tempranillo grapevines or picking fruit from our Fruit Tree Orchard you will instantly feel relaxed and far from home.

When it's time to dine or wine and cheese you have many outdoor setting options at the Modern Farm House. Of course there is the gorgeous indoor open kitchen bar and dining room but when it's time to move outside I would recommend a picnic or appetizers in the upper vineyard patio among the pine trees.

If you prefer to stay close to the kitchen you can't beat the views from the front porch lounge area.

And...at dusk or dawn there is NO BETTER place to be than sitting and sipping around our Vineyard Fire Pit.

If you would like to change up the pace a little during your stay Pachanga Casino, Temecula Creek Golf, and Old Town Temecula are worth a visit and each no more than 15 minutes away.

The Modern Farm House has an open floor plan and high ceilings with plenty of windows and light. Views from every room are stunning and the kitchen is set up for entertainment. The house can sleep up to six and for an extra fee there are additional Private Guest suites on the 4 acre property that sleeps two each. (Guest Suite availability under separate VRBO listings) Coffee, teas, and bottled waters are provided along with freshly laundered duvets with every stay. We love clean and certain you appreciate it as well.

The location was perfect — with easy access to both the wineries and Old Town. The exterior and interior were extremely modern and beautifully designed. (You’ll be surprised at how nice and beautiful it is!) The open layout made it easy for our group to relax and enjoy conversations together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back in the spring! Our host, Tally, was very kind and made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this farmhouse in Temecula. The location is perfect, just minutes from the wineries but still peaceful and relaxing. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views all around. Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We only stayed two nights but wished it was longer. Highly recommend for a wine country getaway!

Amazing Stay at this Beautiful Modern Farmhouse!

We had an incredible stay at this modern farmhouse in Temecula! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Check-in was a breeze, and Tally was outstanding—extremely communicative, helpful, and responsive throughout our visit. Before our arrival, she sent us a fantastic list of local recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring many of the spots she suggested. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond and always eager to help.This place truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted stay in Temecula!

Amazing Property

We were only here for two nights but so enjoyed our stay, we were sad to go! The indoor fireplace is so cozy and the bedding is very comfortable. The house was also very clean! The house itself was easy to find and close to all the wineries/vineyards. Thank you!

Girls trip getaway

Our stay at the property was very enjoyable. The house is beautiful but at the same time warm and cozy. We loved every detail. The kitchen has everything you would need. The distance to the various wineries and downtown are perfectly convenient but far enough away to feel relaxed and away from the hubbub. The views from the outdoor space are incredible. Tally was a wonderful host with just the right amount of communication. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Dreamy Weekend in Temecula

We absolutely loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse. It was stunning, clean, well-appointed, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities throughout. Five of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and we were all blown away by the property from the first time we stepped in. It is really, really cute and well designed. We felt like we were in a Joanna Gaines home. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, the bathrooms were clean and spacious with plenty of towels, and the kitchen was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Tally was an absolute sweetheart and so nice to communicate with. She was very kind and informative, we could tell she genuinely cared that we emjoyed our stay. I would highly recomment this property and would definitely return here on my next trip to Temecula.

Perfect vacation home!

My husband and I visited Temecula with our adult children and their significant others. This house is perfect! Pictures are exactly what you get but no picture could adequately capture the beauty of this area. We woke our first morning to find hot air balloons in the sky and enjoyed sunsets by the fire. There was plenty of room and all the comforts of home. We loved it!!

Beautiful Home

The home is very new and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with food and beverages, which we didn’t expect but was a nice gesture. The patio and fire pit are comfortable and provide nice views. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning- Highly recommend!

This home felt newly renovated and in pristine condition- exactly as shown in the photos. Every detail was thought through and Tally and Mark were quick to reply to any question we had. It exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend to anyone considering.

PERFECT!

Tally was a wonderful hostess! The home is beautiful and VERY well maintained, exceptionally clean and fully stocked with anything and everything you could imagine. Kitchen had all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable. Pictures are accurate. The fire pit and outside sitting area was a perfect way to end each day. We had the most amazing stay ever. Hosts are amazing. Location and house are absolutely stunning. Only recommendations are: toilet paper holders and Kleenex needed. Be able to turn master bath sensor light off if possible.

Stunning House!!

This house is a little slice of heaven. So warm and inviting and had everything you could possibly need and then some!! Fabulous Family Get Away

We were very impressed from beginning to end with this property. The home was perfect for our family of 6. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Lots of wonderful details have been thought out in this house. We cook a lot and there was plenty of kitchen dishes, tools, pots/pans, etc. Tally was a phenomenal host and answered any and all questions very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great House for Group Getaway

We booked this house for a relaxing girls get weekend getaway. Tally made check in a breeze, and we found the house to be perfect for the 5 of us (we could have fairly comfortably done 6). The aesthetic was beautiful and the kitchen/bathrooms were incredibly well stocked with numerous thoughtful touches. It was a hot and humid weekend so although the outside looked perfect for a fire, we opted to spend our time at the house indoors in the (very well functioning) AC. The location was also ideal for being close to a number of beautiful wineries. We all remarked all weekend that we would love to come back again!
