Thank you for letting us know! We’re sorry you encountered some unwanted visitors during your stay. We’ll have the homeowner reach out to pest control to address the concern. Please know that pest control is already scheduled quarterly, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can follow up. Thank you for your understanding!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do want to clarify that we don’t advertise this rental as a Bed and Breakfast or offering any food/snacks, after reviewing the listing, there isn’t anything indicating that, and we try our best to be as clear as possible about what’s included. We’re sorry to hear that the sofa and bed were not as comfortable for you. Comfort can definitely vary from guest to guest, but we appreciate you letting us know. Your comments help us continue improving the experience for future stays. Thank you!

Hi Gabby, We sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced during your stay, and we appreciate your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry that the presence of pests, specifically roaches, impacted your trip negatively. We take such matters seriously, and we want to assure you that the property undergoes regular pest control treatments. However, your feedback suggests that there may be areas that require additional attention, and we will promptly address this with our pest control service. Regarding the second bedroom, we apologize for any confusion. The locked bedroom is not advertised for guest use, as it's utilized for storage by the owner. We understand the importance of a well-lit and comfortable outdoor space, and we will address the lighting and tree limb concerns with our landscaping team. We want our guests to feel at ease and enjoy the amenities provided. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're genuinely sorry that your 30th birthday celebration did not meet your expectations. If we had been made aware of these issues during your stay, we would have taken immediate action to address them and make your experience more enjoyable. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a rating. While we noticed you did not leave any specific feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and would love to learn more about how we could have made your stay a 5-star experience. We appreciate your visit and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
